[Hells Sniper]

This RPG will take place in the Capital Wasteland. Now, if any of you have played Fallout before you'll know a little bit of the weaponry. The year Fallout 3 takes place is 2277, this is the year we will be using. Everyone whose played Fallout knows how diverse and crazy it can get. You can pick between these people: Vault Dweller - You grew up in the Vault and never experienced outside life until now. (If a Vault Dweller, state which Vault you are from). Raider - You know how harsh the wasteland is and have decided to get ahead by killing, stealing, and raiding. (You can be in a Raider Gang - they consist of 4-6 raiders) Wastelander - You have a few simple weapons, bats, police batons, pistols, etc. All you really know how to do is trade, hunt, and fend off others. Mercenary - Self-explanatory Brotherhood of Steel - http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Capita...rhood_of_Steel Brotherhood Outcast - http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Brotherhood_Outcasts Enclave - http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Enclave Water Purifier Scienctist - Works on the purifier. Rules 1. No Griffing 2. Only 3 characters at the MOST at a time 3. No killing of other players unless given permission to do so. 4. God- like actions will NOT be permitted, although you will be able to do some cool stuff. 4A.IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE - YOUR CHARACTER WILL BE KILLED OFF VERY VIOLENTLY. 5. No overly detailed sexual descriptions or scenes, No 15 pages of one sex scene, kissing is fine, but don't get into the details.. we can assume what happens next. 6. Do not Begin A DLC unless you are granted permission by me or ask me. Most likely I already have this planned out. 7. Have fun! 8. YOU CAN NOT, for any reason do anything the Lone Wanderer could have done, this includes such things as, blowing up Megaton, killing important NPC's(Mr. Burke, Lucas Sims), etc. If you do, please refer to Rule 4A. NO FAT-MANS WILL BE ALLOWED! There are super mutants, mole rats, mirelurks, etc. wondering around the wasteland, so every couple posts, try and say like "2 super mutants came wandering out of the mountains. Billy quickly took cover and after a long firefight (more detail if you want) managed to kill the super mutants and scavenge items from their corpses. Currency is Nuka-Cola Bottlecaps, they can be found just about anywhere. MUST HAVE BOTTLECAPS TO BARTER. Yeah, you can kill scavengers, but not other players or Important NPCs. I will decide when the Brotherhood of Steel and Enclave comes into play, and we will be following the story to Fallout 3 a little bit, with the purifier. Scienctists will also come later. Name: Carter "Justice" Wilshire Age: 24 Sex: M Affiliation: Wastelander Traits: Tall, Strong, Born Leader, Charismatic, Intelligent. Background History: Carter was born in the Pitt. Right after the Scourge took place, he escaped nonetheless with the help of his mother and father who were then brutally murdered. Alone, scared and only a young teen he fended for himself against raiders, ghouls, and super mutants. Carter learned how to survive and how to thrive. He understands the conditions of the war and is hoping to restart America once he looks into the BoS and the Enclave. Weapons: Lincoln’s Repeater, Scoped .44 Magnum Grenades: Frag Grenades (5) Location (this is optional): Carter lives in a small hill under Radio Station WKML and also uses the radio station t broadcast his mission. He has books, food, water for himself and others. Occassionaly he works with the other Vault 1 wastelanders on new political ideas.

Name: Kairu Agamemnon Age: 27 Sex: Male Affiliation: Wastelander Traits: Intellegent, Cautious, Quiet, Selfless, Curious Background History: A 27-year old man who grew up in the Wastes. He used to live in Downtown D.C., however he now establishes his camp in the Statesman Hotel. He has a close affiliation to the Regulators and helps out when he can. He specializes in independancy, and is very intellegent and knowledgable. He likes to collect weapons and strips them for their parts to create his own "modified" versions of "core" weapons. He likes to create his own attachments like a "raw" silencer and "triple-extended" mag. He is known to build items for "the right price", the Regulators being his biggest profit. He knows Downtown D.C. pretty well and is generally selfless. Weapons: Custom-built Assault Rifle with a "raw" silencer so it muffles the shot without taking from damage, and a custom-built hunting rifle with a scope and raw silencer. Grenades: 3 Frag grenades
