I have to know if its just me here, but does anyone think that America has the right to cause all this war? They attacked Vietnam just because it was communist and just about the same thing in Koreas civil war. There is mass prejudice against Russia and all ex-soviet countries because they were communist. I think this is just plain out wrong, but i want to hear others say on this

Well...this is how I see it. During the Cold War, the US was a beacon of freedom. The US was founded on the principle that all men are created free, not equal. Communism force es equality, which can do more harm then good for society and its people. So what? Lets look at some Communist nations out there today. North Korea: People are starving (there are no birds in north Korea because the starving people ate them all) the leaders act as overseers the people are oppressed While people live in shanty huts, the leaders live in palaces. Russia: Political leaders act as overseers, Civilians have little to no rights as opposed to the political leaders. Have you ever seen Siberia or Vladivostok? That's enough said. China: Don't get me started. As I see it...I would prefer democracy! And if the US goes around, starting wars, crushing oppressive Governments, so be it. Let the US police the world! I would rather have the US policing the world then Russia, or China or North Korea!!

i agree that communism isnt the ideal government, but does that really mean America is allowed to be dicks to countries that belive in it? and Russia and ex-soviet states are no longer communist so why are they still constantly slandered?

Russia still clings to Communist ideals. And yeah...so long as anything except Democracy and freedom exists, it gives the US full right to hunt it down and kill it.

ok, so Americans are allowed to say whatever they want and have political views, but when another countries ideas contradict them, America is allowed to attack them? thats hypocracy

Think about it: Would you prefer to have countries that share your ideals, or ones that oppose them?

I belive that everyone is free to have their own ideas (as writtin in the bill of rights) and America should just leave them be unless they are plain out saying "war!" which most countries dont

I wonder what Russia was thinking when America broke its treaty with the U2 spy plane and china is allowed to have their subs and test them. no one was killed so i see no real issue

The US is a democratic nation. Russia is a filthy communist nation. The US has every right to spy on potential threats.
