Name: Uli'Nich vas Talonata (Uli) Sex: Male Age: 49 Class: Infiltrator Race: Quarian Rank: Admiral of the Talonata and in charge of the Heavy Fleet division of the Migrant Fleet Traits: Rational, tactical, he is willing to defend the Migrant Fleet with his last breath, dedicated to the Quarians' survival, very combat-skilled Weapons: Geth Pulse Rifle, Geth Plasma Shotgun Chain of Command: Quarians – Migrant Fleet Back story: Uli'Nich is one of the five Admirals on the Migrant Fleet's Admiralty Board. He commands a large decommissioned Turian carrier and uses it as his flagship. The ship, the Talonata, is primarily a carrier/command dreadnought hybrid, outfitted to command the entire Heavy Fleet while providing the fleet with large amounts of fighter support. In combat, Uli prefers to keep back out of combat, keeping his large ship out of direct combat and allow the more combat-oriented ships to do the fighting. Uli's father was on the Admiralty Board when Uli was young. Uli strived to impress his busy father, however, he was seemingly ignored for most of his life. When he was a teenage, he began his Pilgrimage, where he left the Migrant Fleet, looking for new tech or resources the Quarian people could use. He managed to broker a few deals with various individuals of shady backgrounds, however, through enough arm twisting and bribery, Uli managed to gain the coordinates of a battlefield of old ships from Humanity's First Contact War. Before Uli could go and seize his prize, however, he received word that his father passed away forcing Uli to return to the Migrant Fleet and oversee the death ceremony of his father. Still compelled to show everyone that he was as much his father's son as he was convinced he was, he shared the coordinates with the Admiralty Board, whom, after careful deliberation, agreed to allow Uli to take a small fleet to secure and salvage anything they could from the battlefield. Much to Uli's surprise, the Quarian fleet was ambushed from a large Blue Suns fleet who was hired to kill Uli and secure the salvage for themselves. A battle followed quickly upon the Quarian's arrival and due to the combat, Uli assumed control of the fleet after the current commanding officer was killed in action. Coordinating his fleet and bolstering a flank in the Blue Suns' formation, several strike squadrons of fighters managed to eliminate the larger ships of the mercenary fleet, forcing them into a retreat. Having secured the salvage of the battlefield and discovering the Talonata, Uli's victory and ability for command showed promise to the rest of the Admiralty Board. Uli continued to expand his command skill in several skirmishes with the Geth in the Perseus Veil. As the skill continued, so did his popularity with his fellow officers as well as reputation among the Quarian Flotilla. When the Admiral of the Heavy Fleet fell terminally ill, the Admiralty Board extended an offer to Uli to take his place. Gleefully, Uli now commands the Heavy Fleet, relishing the fact that his father would have been proud of Uli's accomplishments.
