Vhat' was perplexed by the question. He thought about it, but not the answer to the question. He had wondered why Voro was asking. Was it out of small talk or out of establishing a bond? Perhaps Voro had other intentions and was probing him for his opinion to try and 'persuade' him to a different agenda. However, instead of confronting the curiosity he just developed, he felt time and answers will give him the answer he seeks. Vhat': "My opinion of the Shipmaster is that he is someone I respect. I witnessed his combat prowess against a Human strengthman, amd he moved like none other I have watched. He is also a skilled tactician. I am fortunate that the Gods have given me an opportunity to serve under him. His insight and wisdom is also superior to my own."

Xyrho: I will see to it that the Engineers are correctly instructed as to their task. After that, I will report back to my Corvette, and I will prepare a briefing for you. I should have a report for you very shortly. I will contact you when I have something of value. Xyrho nodded, and turned away. He walked off, heading towards the sub-basement, following in tow behind the Elites that were escorting the Engineers. Meanwhile: Voro watched Vhat' explain himself. Voro remained silent as the two Elites entered the main server room. However, upon entering the server room, Voro felt compelled to respond. Voro: I am not denying his fighting ability, or his merit. He is certainly a great fighter...one of the best I have seen. However... Voro paused. Voro: Have you ever considered that our Ship Master may be too...inclusive...as to who he respects? Do you not find it insulting that he considers the others in this Covenant are deserving of OUR respect? Are we NOT the natual leaders of this Holy Union? Why must we answer to the youngest of all converts when we...WE...were most instrumental in the creation of our Holy Union? Voro paused again. Voro: Does he not concern you with his...ideals?

Vhat' had considered what Voro was saying. Vhat': "Words like that can get you into serious trouble, if you are not careful. However, I do share your opinion that the Jirhalnae should not be tasked to lead us. But who am I to argue with the Prophets. The Shipmaster is wise and is right that everyone in the Covenant are fighting for the same thing. If the he allows the Jirhalnae be in charge, then that is the end of the conflict. There is one thing I am wary of, with this power, come any responsibilities as well. If we fail here on this Human world, it will be their heads on the chopping block, not ours. And when that day comes, we can look down upon them properly."

Voro: That is certainly one way to look at the current situation. To think...all it takes is one faliure...and these Brutes could find themselves hung by their entrails in our holy city. Voro paused. Voro: What a tragic fate... Voro fell silent, as he had very little left to say on the topic. Voro remained silent for a few moments, but just as he was about to speak again, he watched the trifecta of Engineers enter the server room, being accompanied by a dozen Elites. Xyrho entered after the other Elites, and looked around. Xyrho: I assume that everything here is in order? Voro: Yes, it is, Ship Master... Xyrho: Good. Xyrho looked at the Engineers. Xyrho: Engineers...you have been brought here to do the work of the Prophets. You are now tasked with the complete infiltration of the Human data network. These Humans have information that we need. I want full access to the information on this data network, and I want that information transferred to my Corvette for immediate examination! See to it...immediately! The Engineers all made soft groaning noises to acknowledge their understanding...and they went right to work. Xyrho turned to Vhat' and Voro. Xyrho: Supervise these Engineers...do NOT interfere with their mission! I must return to the ship. I am going to go and look over all of the information that was discovered, as well as prepare our next move. Once I have determined what the filth knows...I will be able to provide the next vector of attack! Remain here...and await further communication from me. [COLOR=rgb(33, 88, 104)]Voro: As you command it...it will be. [/COLOR]Voro nodded. Xyrho, without another word, turned and left the server room. Xyrho was heading back to his Corvette, not only to anticipate the upload of all information that was available on the Regional HQ Bravo servers, but to discard his damaged armor, and replace it with armor that was functional. Xyrho proceeded to the roof of Regional HQ Bravo. From there, he caught a Phantom, and returned to his Corvette, which was directly overhead the base. The first thing he did was head to the armory. He proceeded to remove the damaged pieces of his armor, and replace each piece with a brand new equipment. It did not take him long to suit up and rearm, in full. Once Xyrho had rearmed himself, he proceeded to the bridge of his Corvette. Xyrho: I demand a status update on the upload! One of the officers on the bridge turned to Xyrho. Elite Operations Officer: The Engineers have anaged to circumvent the security on the human data center, and they are currently in the process of uploading every piece of valuable information to our datacore. The upload will be complete in mere moments. Oddly enough...most of the information in the human data center was destroyed. It was all junk data... Xyrho: Most of it? Elite Operations Officer: Coincidentally...there only information that remained intact...was information directly related to our mission. Xyrho: Is that so? Elite Operations Officer: Yes...it is. Admittingly...it is quite odd that the filth would allow something like this to fall into our hands. However...the integrity of information seems to be consistent...as it has been verified by the Engineers as not being tampered with. This information is accurate. The Elite Operations Officer paused, as he turned back to his terminal. Elite Operations Officer: The upload is complete...Ship Master. Xyrho: Display it in the holo tank for my inspection. Xyrho approached the large holo tank in the center of the bridge. He watched as the information was displayed bit by bit. Xyrho shifted through the information, not taking too much time to look at anything in particular. However, he did see some information that stuck out. Xyrho: Coordinates...research...analysis. Most of this is the filth trying to understand what they have found. None of it is relevant. If this is what they have so far...then they know very little about what they have in their possesion. Xyrho then noticed one data block that was fragmented. It was blinking red in the holo tank. Out of curiosity...he accessed it. Xyrho: What is this? Xyrho looked at the fragmented data file. It was partially readable, but it was incomplete. He set it aside, for now, as he wanted to inspect intact information. Roughly 20 minutes passed. Xyrho was still inspecting all of the information taken from Regional HQ Bravo. It was at this time, that he stumbled across a glyph that he did not want to find. Xyrho: What is this? Xyrho enlarged the image of the glyph he found. Xyrho: How is this possible? This...should not be here. Is this what we are here to find? Xyrho felt a sense of concern come over him. He had seen this glyph before. He knew the danger of this glyph.

Zephyr walked out of his tent. Checking the time on his HUD, he noticed it was about time to move out troops. He walked to the armory. He met his team there as they were also restocking ammo. Leapfrog walked over to the Commander. Leapfrog: Still no word on covenant movement? Zephyr shook his head. I don't like that... I have a feeling that clearing this city won't be easy. Brooklyn looked over. He was stocking his extra ammo packs. Brooklyn: Whats going to be hard? We pull people out, and kill anything non-human. Simple. Katana sighed. So naive. Zephyr nodded. He understood where Leapfrog was coming from. He looked to his team. Either way, we need to make sure we are saving human lives. I'm sure we'll have our chance to spill some covie blood. They walked out and gathered around warthogs. A sizable recovery team had joined including Tye and Cameron. Zephyr walked to Tye laughing. Glad to see youre not protruding anything anymore... He jokingly slapped him where the knife had been. He spoke to Cameron and Tye. Lets move out into the city and start sweeping. We'll clear covie forces then gather civies and bring em back here. You guys can grab a squad of marines and a few warthogs. We'll all split up and hit different sectors of the city. I want to cover as much space as possible. He then turned to the small battalion awaiting deployment. Men! The primary objective is civilian lives. We are to clear the streets and get them out of the warzone. He motioned HSK to move towards two mongooses. Everyone, group with your respective teams and lets move out. The crowd gave an enthusiastic "Oorah!" Zephyr sent a comm to the commanding officers in the lead. My team will scout ahead on mongooses and report. We'll clear our first section. Zephyr stepped into the driver seat and Brooklyn hopped on back. Leapfrog and Katana joined in another mongoose with Katana as a gunner. They zoomed off towards Carver, the larger force of marines following behind as they were distributed into their teams. As the mongooses accelerated, Brooklyn gave Zephyr a lighthearted tap on the back. Bovela was glad to be with his team, yet he was unaware of what lied in that city. The uncertainty of war was a burden every soldier had to carry.

Dangerus stayed outside of the HQ. Eventually, he moved to the roof and took a pelican back to his flagship orbiting the planet. He boarded his ship and moved immediately to the bridge. Meanwhile: Jacob stayed quiet in the back of the pelican. Operations like this always gave him an uneasy feeling, but he had managed to push it aside. If the facility was on the moon, the Covenant would have most likely missed it and it would be a clean operation. All he would need to do is get in, grab the data, and get out. A few minutes passed when he heard the pilot yell from the cockpit. Pilot: 30 seconds, Cap'n. Jacob acknowledged the pilot and stood upwards. He checked his gear, the Socoms secured in his holster. He examined his assault rifle and flicked the safety off. He rolled his neck and prepared for the green light to the facility. Pilot: Archives are in the far end of the facility. We'll be here. Good luck. Jacob nodded again and walked to the end of the passenger bay. Within a few moments, he felt the pelican land safely in the hangar bay. A few more moments passed before the hangar bay pressurized. Jacob stared at the light towards his left. It was red. Seconds later, it turned green as the bay doors open. Jacob immediately darted out of the pelican when the bay was completely open, rifle raised. He moved through the hangar bay and immediately headed towards the archives. The facility seemed completely empty and strangely quiet. But Jacob knew the security systems were still active, yet he continued onwards, hoping to finish this fast. Meanwhile: Troy and Colby were still in the medical tent, waiting on word for Carmicle and Limos. A medic approached them. Medic: You're friends are going to be fine, and I am clearing them both for duty. Good luck out there. Moments later, Carmicle and Limos were both walking out of the back of the tent. Carmicle: Miss us? Troy: No more than we could, sir. Carmicle laughed and the two joined Troy and Colby. Troy: Orders are to move to Carver, clear out civvies, set up a perimeter. Carmicle nodded. Carmicle: Then let's re-arm and move out. Troy nodded and let Carmicle and Limos lead the group out. The four of them headed towards the closest armory. Carmicle grabbed a battle rifle and a few extra magazines, throwing them in his ammo pouches. Limos had his M7S SMG on him the whole time and simply grabbed a few more magazines of ammo. Troy and Colby did the same for their weapons and within moments, they were ready to move. Carmicle: What's going on with everyone else, Corporal? Troy: Commander Bovela is leading his team, as well as a few other squadrons into the city. Commander Vernette and Cameron should be doing the same. Carmicle: Alright, that means we're moving, too. We'll try and get somewhat of a perimeter up, push civilians towards the middle of the city. Troy nodded as the team followed Carmicle to the vehicles. Carmicle: Hope on a mongoose, Troy. We're driving. Troy nodded and took the driver seat of the closest mongoose, Colby getting on the back of it. Carmicle took the seat of the next one and Limos get on the back of it. Carmicle: Weapons hot, we're assuming the Covenant are already there. Roll out. With that, Carmicle and Troy both hit the throttle and headed towards Carver. Concurrently: Athios had returned to the Suicide Squad and was debriefing them on the mission they had been tasked with. Simultaneously, the team was rearming themselves. Athios: We have some high profile civilian targets in the city that we need to move to the bunkers. Our mission is to find them, and get them out. Four targets. Athios paused as he grabbed more shells for his shotgun. Athios: Jason DeVamos, Linda Pollen, Marc Washington, and Gavin McLesner. Who they are, what they do, and why the UNSC wants them alive so bad is beyond me, but that's our mission. Athios paused, he threw his helmet onto his head. Athios: Two transport hogs, and a turret hog. Folee's on the turret, Paul and Jaclyn, I'm putting you two on transport duty. Make sure those civvies stay down when we grab them. Athios linked his HUD up with the rest of his team. Athios: DeVamos and Pollen are in the same building. Washington and McLesner are on other sides of the city. This is a fast OP, ladies. Get ready to move at a moment's notice. Oorah? All: Oorah! Athios: Let's move.

Zephyr and Leapfrog had arrived ahead of the group. They slowed down to drive down a street with debris everywhere. There were a few over turned cars and broken street lights. Zephyr hit the brakes and held up a clenched fist. Everyone dismounted and formed up with Leapfrog taking the lead. Zephyr pointed a wall that had plasma fire burns on it. He clicked his safety off and everyone followed suit. They gingerly walked, following the plasma burns. The trail lead them into a small cafe. Katana let out a small, sad murmur. There were over turned tables and shattered glass. As, they walked, they saw something interesting. A bright blue liquid. Zephyr knelt down and dipped a finger in it, rubbing it between his index finger and his thumb. Elites... They formed up and followed a staircase up, following the blood trail. The building was tall, so they traveled a few floors up. They stopped when they came across a knife smeared in the blood, in the staircase. They followed the trail just before entering a room. Leaning against the wall, they heard voices. They were neither happy nor human.

Meanwhile outside the Regional HQ: Rah'jesh were standing there, having his arms folded, across his arms. With his two lieutenants beside him, one on each side. Roltee: Commander: Roltee salutes at him by banging his right hand on the chest three times. Roltee: Raltee reports that the Revan's Creed is all functional, and in position in the fleet. Rah'jesh: Good, brother. Rah'jesh moves his right hand upon his squid cheek, rubbing it as he says: Rah'jesh: Make contact to Commander Voro, into a secure transmission, if possible. Roltee: Will do, Commander. It'll take a brief moment. After Roltee speaks some words into the comm, he'd finally say: Roltee: All clear, Commander. Rah'jesh: Good. Now, both of you, leave me. Both of his lieutenants bowed and went away to the others. Rah'jesh: Special - Operator Commander Voro. This is Special - Operation Rah'jesh. Me and my fellow brothers are all ready at the human fascillity. Is it something we have to do? We got a phantom all ready to depart. And my brothers are all eager for some cleansing.

Sergei and his team arrived to Carver in the last Warthog. He walked up to Carmicle. Sergei: Whats the orders? Whats the SitRep? Ace: Well Sergei, I'm guessing the usual orders. Sergei smiled under his visor. Sergei: Well Ace, Lets find out? And stop cracking jokes, there is a time and a place for those and thats off duty. Ace: Sorry, its... Angel cut Ace off. Angel: Serving with him I've found out that he cracks jokes to keep him from breaking down, usually when we are losing. He won't crack a joke if we are winning though just a heads up. Ace: I do not, your sounding more like a demon than an Angel. Angel: At least I'll be a pretty demon. Ace: Ya no, your like my sister I cannot see you as a pretty demon. Sergei: Enough you two, Carmicle whats our orders and situation?
