We could...improve upon it...allow you to use it better...and we can train your soldiers how to use this armor effectively. Without training...you are simply a walking target...waiting to be killed.

Caesar II: That was the plan Skinner, that is why you and the Enclave are here! Now, let's find these Brotherhood bastards.

Kairu and his team watched the vertibirds fly towards DC Central. Team Member 1: Those look like Enclave birds. If so, there's only one place they're headed to. Kairu: "Radio the Citadel, inform Elder Lyons of the potential threat." Team Member 2: "Yessir!" The man started relaying the warning to the Citadel.

[Naked Crook]

Skinner: Take a look around Caeser...we are in the heart of DC. The tall buildings...the right corners...this is where The Brotherhood thrives. We can drop you off...and based on what we know...we can find you a pack of Brotherhood members in less than 10 minutes! Once we find a decent clearing...we will set down and proceed on foot.

[Hells Sniper]

Caesar II looked at his soldiers. They all nodded and prepared their weapons. Caesar II: Then...let the hunt begin.

[Kairu]

After the continuous running, 'the Judgement' reached the outer limits of the DC Ruins. They stopped along the former Potomac River, Super Duper Mart in the distance. The group started to breathe and regulate their airflow. Team Member 2: "Remind me to trade out my power armor for something more loose fitting."

[Hells Sniper]

Eventually the Enclave vertibirds carrying Caesar II and Skinner arrived near the outskirts of the DC area. They set down a few hundred meters away, in a small clearing with enough room to board. Caesar II spoke to his soldiers. Caesar II: Scouts...lure a patrol back to us...four soldiers max. The rest of you prepare an ambush. The two scouts nodded and ran off together. Caesar II walked over to Skinner's vertibird. Caesar II: Care to join us gentlemen? I believe the Brotherhood are on their way.

[Naked Crook]

Skinner thought about it. Skinner: No...not at first anyway. We need to see how you fare by yourselves. If you get into any...serious trouble...we will bail you out. We will bail you out. We need to find out how effective your legion training is against the training that The Brktherhood subjects its soldiers to. Trust me on this...I know what I am doing... Skjnner paused. He hopped out of the Virtibird with the three other Enclave soldiers. Skinner made several hand gestures, pointing in different directions. Each of the soldiers nodddd and went their seperate ways. Skinner: We wont let things get too bloody.

[Kairu]

One of the snipers looked north and caught a glimpse of two vertibirds landing due East-Northeast. Sniper: Sir, it looks like two vertibirds are landing north of here. Kairu loomed in the direction the sniper was pointing. Kairu: "Then let's go and investigate."

[Hells Sniper]

Caesar II nodded. He watched the Enclave soldiers take up positions. His legionary assassins were somewhere in the brush, and two of his three Praetorians were there too. Caesar II: Indeed you won't Skinner... Caesar II looked at the landscape. Caesar II: Skinner, soon you will see the hell the Legion can rain upon it's enemies. In the East...this Brotherhood will soon fall...and in the West...the NCR will fall shortly after. Caesar II looked back at Skinner. Caesar II: I would not want you caught in the fire as well. Caesar II looked back at the landscape, as he made his way to join one of his Praetorians in the ambush. Meanwhile: The two legion scouts came upon the Brotherhood group known as "The Judgement." Legion Scout 1: So, how do we lure them out here? The second legion scout smiled and pulled out a 9mm. Legion Scout 2: All we need...is a little encouragement. The Legion Scout fired at the brotherhood group, as they turned over to him. Legion Scout 2: Well, shit! The scout fired off the rest of the magazine and then ran off, trying to lure the Judgement to the others.
