These nightmares may have destabilized his mental health into a state of pyschosis, and schizophrenia, but hasn't been through an investigation on his mental health. During these nightmares he talks but has two voices one has a demented evil sound to it, and gives out an evil giggle that is very distrubing, it has a "demonic" growling voice attached to this possible personality. This may also show he is capable of good, and pure evil, which makes him a possible threat to ONI but shouldn't be undersestimated.  Trivia Nero is the same religion as the user Erex in TNO, both are "spirit filled" Nero is named after Roman Emperor, for his brutality in combat.
