Koreans are too good at their games, and all servers from other countries are pretty much blocked because cause has its own versions.

Is there a way to make myself appear to be in America or something so that I can play on the NA servers for a game?

I'm going to take a wild guess and say Starcraft II. That's what Koreans are generally known for in terms of gaming nowadays.
