I will not lie...I have never been able to kill a single thing with this weapon. The grenades bounce too much. If you place the grenade right at the feet of an Elite...it will bounce away and the only thing you managed to destroy was air molecules and bacteria floating in the air. Good job... M319 Individual Grenade Launcher Clip Size: 1 Concussive Force: Medium Dispersive: Fragmentation Shrapnel Effective Range: 200 ft Rate of Fire: 20 Rounds per Minute   M319 Individual Grenade Launcher - ONI Variant Clip Size: 2 Concussive Force: Medium Dispersive: Fragmentation Shrapnel Effective Range: 400 ft Rate of Fire: 10 Rounds per Minute M319 Individual Grenade Launcher - ONI Variant UNSC Variant The M319 Individual Grenade Launcher is one of the oldest weapons in the UNSC armory, first entering service in 2263. It is a single-shot, break-action explosive launcher used most commonly by the UNSC Army. Due to its simplicity, ruggedness, and firepower, it has been a mainstay weapon in the UNSC Army, and continues to see use in a wide array of combat situations. While it is incredibly effective against unshielded opponents, the weapon falls short when used against energy shields. Due to how reliable the weapon has been, it has been adopted by some ONI Agents, and was even refurbished to a more modern design. The M319 Individual Grenade Launcher comes with two firing modes, the first being a standard grenade with timed detonation. After being fired, the grenade will remain inert until it first impacts a hard surface, at which point, a two second delay will engage. AFter the two second timer hits zero, the grenade will explode. Additionally, if the grande impacts a second target after the first bounce, before the two seconds is up, the grenade will detonate. This can prove useful if the grande is properly bounce into an incoming enemy. The second firing mode is triggered when the user keeps the trigger compressed. By maintaining a hold on the trigger, the grenade will enter a permanent idle state, only exploding when the trigger is released. This creates, in essence, a dead-mans trigger. In addition to the two firing modes, the grenade is primed with an additional EMP pulse that will activate upon detonation, making this weapon capable of immobilizing vehicles and destabilizing shields. ONI Variant The M319 Individual Grenade Launcher - ONI Variant is the standard sniper rifle that has been designated exclusively for ONI personnel. This weapon has been upgraded to offer more versatility and higher reliability than the UNSC counter-part. Like its UNSC counter-part, it comes with two unique firing modes. However, recent design changes have allowed the ammo capacity to be increased from one to two, effectively doubling the output from the weapon. Additionally, the user can control the force of the launcher. This allows the user to control how far a grenade will go. The weapon sports a semi-matte black and navy blue finish to accent the aesthetics of the typically covert operations undertaken by ONI. The maximum effective range can go as far as 400 feet, but, users should be advised that using this weapon against enemies that are less than 5 feet away can carry a number of personal health risks, including dangers from the EMP Pulse and Shrapnel.
