Jackson did the same thing to an adjacent car.

Jackson: We should get enough to get us a few hundred miles, right?

Salem: Yeah, but make sure the truck is full too. I'll go take a look around. Just keep loading up the cans.

Jackson: Don't get too far away Salem..we stick together!

Jackson continued to fill the cans, holding onto his pistol and occasionally checking behind him.

Salem: Don't worry, I'll be in shouting distance.

He unslung his AK-47 and turned on the flashlight. He didn't have to walk very far before he found what he wanted.

It would be perfect for survival.

Jackson continued to fill the tanks, moving on from car to car, taking as much as he could.

Salem went around back and looked around before shattering the window in the back. Luckily, there was no alarm that went off. He knocked out the remaining glass and crawled through. This was just his lucky day. The previous owner had kept it well clean and maintained. He unlocked the back and brushed out the broken glass. Then he went to the driver's seat and thought about hotwiring it. He looked around and saw an ignition button.

Salem: Nice.

The vehicle roared to life and he slowly cruised next to Jackson. After unlocking the doors, he shut off the engine.

Salem: Alright Jackson, lets fill her up and then scavenge some more gas.

Jackson smiled, and nodded. He began to fill up the tank with the gas they salvaged.

Jackson: Hopefully, Grimm, Tyler, and Luis actually got something done..

Salem: Hopefully. There's a bit of modifying that we need to do to this vehicle though. Add wire mesh to the windows. Keep zombies from breaking. Take out the extra seats. Only need the driver and passenger seat. Might can bolt down a crate in the back so we can store weapons, ammo, Molotovs.

Jackson: Once we get the supplies, we'll do everything we need to..overall, everything you said.

Jackson finished filling the tank, he turned to Salem.

Jackson: We'll get some more and throw it in the trunk.

Salem: Sounds good.

He grabbed his tubing and a few gas containers and started filling them up.
