Dragonball Z RPG! Well after the poll results and Jon telling me i can’t do a RVBRPG i decided to do this so let’s start on the rules shal we 1. You can be a Saiyan (no super saiyan at the start), Namekian, human, frieza’s race, buu type or cell type just limit yourself sure humans can’t keep up with the rest but at least the rest can be equal and all characters start at the same power level NO EXCEPTIONS 4. Only through intense pain or well something intense can you turn super saiyan 5. Don’t be an ass NO CHARACTER KILLING ALLOWED unless the other wants you to 6. The dragonballs are there just no wishing for immortality cause then shenron will make you blow up 7.
