Well whatever happened to the planet was not issued by me. I believe that prisoners are what help fight a cause and, although a horrible method, it is effective for boosting morale. I wouldn't kill a prisoner and what happened on whatever planet, was not an order by me. It is possible, however unlikely, they received an order from higher up, probably the General or Count himself.
