Well, I have a job, so I have money.. but I can't spend too much, even though my costume last year cost like $5.. but still I might ask, but my parents will say "You have a job" lol

Right now I'm trying to aim for this as the costume:
  • PVC (Pipes) for the shoulders, biceps, and forearms.
  • Boots for the shoes
  • Black gloves with something white on them
  • A White Utility Belt (thanks to you)
And then the legs, chest and abs are the biggy.

Thats at least $25 plus the $70 I bought the helmet with...

im not sure 2 both q's, but keep in mind we live in 2 diff countries, and i didnt mean like build one 4 u, jest give you like pointers and stuff
