errr here's my shot at a succseful rpg, hope u guyz enjoy.
Plot:
The year is now 2210, the human race has just started interplanatary travel out of our solar system. After the establisment of the human colony on Mars in 2145, humanity has had a hunger to go out and explore nearbye systems. In the year 2174, humanity made its first contact with other intelligent life. These life forms were known as the Kodiak for there resemblence to the Earthly bear. Humanity soon made allies with the Kodiak and set off to more distant stars in nearbye systems. In the year 2185, which is known now to humanity as the "Great advancement", we discovered two more alien races, the Ataro and the Raptors. We also advanced greatly in both space travel and military technology. Then the year 2196 came, now known as "The end of the mother world". A projectile the size of New Mexico hurdelded toward Earth and struck her, incasing it in a dark envalope of dust and ash. General Ike Maxwell discovered that this was no freak accident, but a deliberate attack on humanity. In the year 2200, an exact copy of the projectile that screwed over Earth was spotted heading towards Mars. The human military succsefully stopped with the help from their alien allies. Recently on May first, 2210, scientists have recently pinpointed the trajectory of the projectile, from the Corogon system (about 3,000,000 lightyears away from pluto). While the Ataro science commity has discovered the attackers identity, a bio mechanical race known to the galaxy as the "Bio-sapien" to scientist but to us marines, "Devastators".
Species:
1: Humans- us.
2:Kodiak- giant black bears with yellow stripes that can stand up on two legs.
3: Ataro- basiclly humans with four eyes and a darker skin tone, also bald.
4: Raptors- well uh veloci raptors that can talk walk and wear clothes.
5: "Devastators"- Giant mechanical brains that can float around in their juvineil status, but are rooted to the planets core when they reach the age of about 1,000,000.
6: "Stalkers"- The "Devastator's" Eyes in the galaxy, the look like the geth stalker forms, they don't carry any weapons though. But they are skilled assasins.
Rules:
1: No killing other peoples players.
2: You can not play as the "Devastators".
3: You will start on the human ship the Hawk Eye under the jurisdiction of general Ike Maxwell (if allied with humanity).
4: You can now use any weapon you like (jon said so)
5: No graphic sex scenes.
6: If you are allied with the "Devastateors", you will start out on "The Cleanser" (a huge juvinille "Devastator").
7: Be realistic, like if you go up against 300 stalkers and a devastor alone and end up winning with out a scratch, you can't do that.
8: No over powering (unless given special permission).
9:You can put these attachments on your gun.
Laser sight
thermal scope
X-ray scope ( only see through walls and machinery)
Chemical dispenser (makes your ammo acidic)
DONT BE A DOUCHE AND PUT ALL OF THESE ON YOUR GUN, AT THE MAX YOU CAN PUT 2.
10: You can either be allied with the "Devastators" or Humanity.
11: "Stalkers" can only be allied with the "Devastateors".
12: Only two weapons per character.
13: You must be directly invovled with the story.
14: Have fun.
