It doesnt work that way. If you get a lot of complaints filed, Microsoft will check your GT and do nothing about it because they will notice it does not violate the code of conduct.

I have had people with names like "silverblade" and "casualty" change their names slightly by using this method because they didn't want to pay. ----- You get banned if you get a certain number of complaints (not for GT or info) in a certain amount of time. No one from MS even checks unless you call them.
