Here's my 2 cents on this. Have you ever heard of the man Jeffery Dahmer, a necropheliac murderer, cannibal, and rapist. Your probably thinking to yourself "Oh man! He deserves to be killed on sight!" Well, that's what everyone else thought. When Jeffery was caught, and all these charges were just said to him. Apparently, the light bulb in Dahmer's head turned on. He said He had realized that what he done was very wrong, and said that he needed to see a phyciatrist and something and so on, and indeed, needed jail time. Needless to say, he died in Prison, by inmates. My point here, is that We don't know what goes through a murderer's head. He could try to reform, or break out of prison and shank again.

Meh...I just think Death Penalty is more solid in terms of a solution. Its cheaper, and everyone is safer.
