indeed there is. get a superpower (i.e. U.K., U.S., Russia, ect...) and have the two political leaders talk it over. if worse comes to worse its a good learning process for them

oppresive goverments do not negotiate, they want complete control the only way to get them to release pwoer is to fore them

well thats their decision. America still has no right to rush in and crush them. its their problem, not Americas unless they are asked by the country being attacked for help. it was Americas love of being over involved that has made Iraq & Afghanistan as hostile as they are now. they didnt want u.s. there, America said screw you, and some radicals got pissed.
