Harrison looked at Nighthawk. Harrison: Don't make me try to guess Nighthawk. What is it? What are they after? Meanwhile: The pelican heading to pick up Fireteam Harmony could see the flare in the distance. Almost immediately they flew to that location and landed a few meters out. Medics and ODSTs swarmed the pelican to help the Fireteam.

Sergei looks at Ace and Deuce. Sergei: You two go back to the spaceport and grab as much weapons grenades medpacs whatever you can carry bring it here. Ace: Making us do the heavy lifting eh big guy? Duece: Alright. The two ODST's head in to the Spaceport to bring back weapons and ammo for the men on the frontlines.

Tye heard Sergai try to contact him over the comm. However, Tye kept silent as he was in the midfle of a debrief with a flag Officer. Nighthawk looked at Harrison. Nighthawk: Come on Fred...I think in your gut you suspect what they are after just based on what I have told you. I think you just want me to say it because you would rather not say it yourself. Nighthawk paused. Nighthawk: But...if you insist; The Trust is after the same thing that The Covenant is. The Trust wants whatever it is that The Covenant consider holy. Anaconda interjected. Anaconda: Take it from me; when The Covenant calls dometjing "holy"...it is typically very powerful and very dangerous. It is becsuse of what they call "holy" that allowed them to establish their overwhelming technological dominance. Nighthawk: So...consider the reprocussions of either The Trust or The Covensnt getting their hands on what The Covenant puts on the level of God. That is FAR to tempting to pass up...and ANYTHING is expendable...

Harrison sighed, he pinched the bridge of his nose. He turned away from Nighthawk and Anaconda and leaned on the terminal in front of him. He knew the Covenant was always after something, always trying to get something in their gain for superiority and destruction of all human kind. He was, however, unsure of what to do. All he ever knew was to fight the Covenant, not try and stop them from gaining a "holy artifact." Harrison stood upwards. He realized he had taken a few minutes to gather his thought and everyone was now waiting for any type of response from Harrison. Harrison: Well, this complicates matters. Harrison was still unsure of what to say, all he knew was that he needed to get the civilians off planet before he did anything about the Trust, or reengaged the Covenant. Harrison: The first priority is getting the civilians off planet as fast as possible. Commander, do what ever you need to do, speed up the process, send escorts with them. Just get em to move. Harrison paused and turned to Frost and Cameron. Harrison: Captain, I need you stay on the ground, keep this area as our HQ, lock it down. Cameron, stay down here and help the area stay secured. Harrison turned back to Nighthawk and Anaconda. Harrison: If you would be so willing, I would like access to the Covenant Battle Net...along with some help on the Trust.

Jennifer, Tye, and Cameron all nodded. Jennifer: I will continue to coordinate things down here, and I will make sure that all the injured are evacuated, sir. I will keep you up to date on my progress. Jennifer saluted, and then returned to her duties. Cameron then spoke up. Cameron: Understood sir. I'll get back to the front lines. I will make sure to keep this area under control. Cameron turned, and walked off, leaving the main terminal, and heading to the defensive perimeter. Tye then looked at Nighthawk and Anaconda. He was curious what they were going to say. Nighthawk: I will make the necessary preperations to allow your sdhip to access The Covenant Battle Net. I should be able to generate another cipher which will allow you to connect without risk of detection. I will see to that ASAP. Nighthawk paused. Nighthawk: As for The Trust...I would be more than happy to lend a hand with those SOBs. The only thing you will need to do is trust my judgement in this matter. As long as you give me the leverage to do what I need to do, I can help you deal with The Trust in a way that will have no reprocussions for you, professionally or otherwise. If there is one thing I am good at, it is knowing how to tread lightly. Nighthawk stood up, and walked up to Harrison. Nighthawk: Just keep one thing in mind Admiral... Nighthawk paused. Nighthawk: The Trust does not care about you, your ship, your people, this planet, or the people on it. If we all have to die, so they can accomplish their goals, you can expect that they will kill us. They have no limits, no bounds, and they answer to nobody. They are not here to help you in any way. Tye felt a chill go down his spine. He shifted uncomfortably. Nighthawk: They will do ANYTHING to get what they want. They will knife you in the back, cut you loose, and betray you if it will help. If they need to flat-out help The Covenant, they will do it. They are loyal to themselves...not the uniform. The worstt part is...they hide in plain sight. They look like you, and the rest of your officers. You will NEVER know if someone is loyal to The Trust at first glance. It is because of this that I am telling you this; trust NOBODY! Anything you hear from me, you keep it to yourself. You don't tell your officers, you don't tell your crew, and you don't tell the other ship Captains. This conversation NEVER happened! As long as you can learn to bend the rules, keep secrets, and learn the value of "need to know basis"...you will be fine.

Harrison nodded. He understood what Nighthawk was saying. Harrison: Understood Nighthawk. I will keep that in mind, and I will be sure to understand what needs to be done. Harrison paused. He nodded at Nighthawk. Harrison: Thank you, Nighthawk. Thank you. Jacob had been leaning on the side of a support beam, waiting for his orders. He was unsure of what it was going to be like the next few days, but he knew it was going to hell, and fast.

Nighthawk nodded. Nighthawk: No need to thank me. Like I said...I have an interest in defeating The Covenant. If I can help...I will. Nighthawk loked at Jacob, then back to Harrison. Nighthawk: Well, I will get you what you nred. However...I get the feeling that Jacob is chomping at the bit to talk to you about ghe mission you sent him on. Ogherwise, if you need to get ahold of me, I will be around. Nighthawk turned. He nudged Anaconda. Nighyhawk: Common big guy...lets scram. Nighthawk and Anaconda walked off, leaving Harrison and Jacob to talk.

Everyone was relieved to see help coming. Robertson and Calhoun helped the other ODSTs to the pelican to be medically evac'd in orbit.

One of the medics approached Robertson. Medic: We'll take your friends back to the fleet, you can either join them or join the forces at the spaceport. Meanwhile: Harrison watched Nighthawk and Anaconda leave. He was grateful for the help, and he hoped that any intel he picked up on the two from working with them would give ONI a little kick in the fight...and well, he hoped the intel would provide useful enough to see that he wasn't court-martialed. In any case, Harrison knew he had done the right thing. It was then he turned around to face Jacob and Tye. Harrison: Alright fellas. Now that that is taken care of. We can get down to the real deal. Harrison paused. Harrison: I will have to talk to Captain Frost in a bit, but Commander Vernette, is there anything you need to say to me before I speak to Captain Sharpmen?
