Nighthawk: I have no idea what I am looking for. I have no idea who those Spartan's were, and they refused to say. It would be in a circumstance like this, that I would shift through literally every piece of information in there, pick it apart, and analyze each dossier one by one, to try and narrow down what I need. There is hundreds of Dossiers in there. I guess start with disqualifying The Spartan Is. Tye shook his head. Tyber: I can do better then that. Tye looked at Ed. Tyber: Isolate the following Dossiers; Liam-Z174, Savannah-Z129, Jessica-Z190, and Desmond-Z055. Nighthawk looked at Tye. Nighthawk: How did you know that? Tyber: Cameron mentioned them a while back, during a debrief. I made sure to commit those names to memory just in case. Seems I was right to do so. Nighthawk watched as the four Dossiers belong to Liam, Savannah, Jessica, and Desmond appeared. Nighthawk: There was not four of them. There were seven of them total...at least I am sure there was only seven. I only counter a maximum of seven unique Spartans. Nighthawk. Nighthawk: The other three were Spartan IIIs. That, I am sure of. Nighthawk thought for a moment. Nighthawk: The Trust is very inconspicuous in what it does. It is very good at covering tracks, and throwing our red herrings. It is not like we can search for something as common sense as someone current assignment or their commanding officer. The problem is that there are far too many of these Spartan IIIs. It would take forever to reference and cross reference. Nighthawk paused. NIghthawk: At least we have part of what we need. I can figure out the rest later. Between this and The Covenant..I don't know what is worse. Nighthawk paused. Nighthawk: ALright...we are going to need to make copies of this intel. The original has to be sent back to Kolya to get him off our asses. The first duplicate will be delivered to Harrison, and I am going to need a second duplicate of this information. Nighthawk stood up, and walked to the rear compartment of the VUture. He opened a small supply crate and pulled out another data crystal chip. He walked back to the cockpit, and inserted the second chip into a redundant data port. Nighthawk: Ed...trasnfer yourself...and the duplicated information to the redundant chip. No offense...but I don't want you anywhere near my ship any longer than you have to be. Meanwhile: Yates heard Captain Reynolds respond. Yates: Well...good sir...what can you do for me, you ask? I have a very important assignment for you. Yates paused. Yates: Remember how you expressed a desire to be useful to me? I think the time has come for you to be useful.

[Hells Sniper]

The moon flickered. Ed: Transferring now. The moon began to fade as Ed transferred himself onto the second datachip. Jacob looked at Nighthawk and Tye. Jacob: The Spartans...Liam was the one who spoke, he led them. If you want to find out who they are, I would focus on them.

[Naked Crook]

Nighthawk removed the second chip, and gave it to Jacob. Nighthawk: You keep that copy...give it to Harrison. MIght as well hold onto the AI as well. Nighthawk turned his attention back to the original data chip. Nighthawk: HAWK! HAWK then appeared on the same holo panel that ED was just on. HAWK was silent, waiting for an order. Nighthawk: HAWK...I need you to upload the contents of the data chip that is currently mounted on the VUlture's file system, up to the data center on The Venture Capitalist. Tyber: Wait, what? Where? Jennifer: He has a ship... Tyber: You have a ship? Nighthawk: In orbit...behind Covenant lines. I have been keeping tabs on their fleet movements. Tyber: And you never told us? Nighthawk thought about the question. He then shook his head. Nighthawk: If our positions were reversed...would you tell me about the stuff that6 you have? Tye didn't answer. Nighthawk: Yeah...I didn't think so.

[Hells Sniper]

Jacob shook his head, he was still trying to cover everything. Jacob: And the original gets handed back to Kolya. Jacob slid the data chip into his pocket and then looked back at Nighthawk. Jacob: What do you expect me to do? Just walk up and decide to give it to him. I've been fighting him off my ass for hours, he's gonna know something is up the moment I "give up." Jacob used air quotes when he said 'give up.'

[Naked Crook]

Anaconda was leaning against the wall. He simply grunted. Anaconda: Then don't give it up easily. Let him kick your ass, and then surrender it to him. Nighthawk laughed. Nighthawk: That is not the best idea. I would not trust someone like Kolya to not shoot you where you stood once he got what he wanted. Nighthawk paused. Nighthawk: Then again...what kind of shape was Kolya in the last time you saw him?

[Hells Sniper]

Jacob shook his head. Jacob: No matter what I threw at him, he got right back up and threw it harder. Jacob shrugged. Jacob: Then again, he was fighting Covenant while I was down in the crash zone, I am sure they dealt a blow to him. Jacob paused. Jacob: One brute Chieftain was completely slaughtering his soldiers and tossing him every which way when I left the area... the Chieftain wasn't letting up.

[Naked Crook]

Anaconda grunted. Anaconda: I am surprised Kolya is still alive after fighting a Brute Chieftain. Nighthawk: Kolya can take a beating...I will give the guy that. I have no idea what The Trust did to that guy to enable him to take such a punishment. Nighthawk paused. Nighthawk: To be frank...I have no idea how Kolya will react. If he is still after you, which I don't doubt...he will come in force. Tyber: Look, the fact is, I have no doubt we would be able to take this guy out if he came after us. However...there will be losses on both sides, and I need every soldier I have. I cannot afford to lose anyone in a conflict with this Kolya guy. If the circumstances were differtent, I would go along with any idea that allowed us to just kill this guy outright. However...we need as little bloodshed as possible. Tye paused. Tyber: Jacob...when he arrives...you turn the information over to him. If he questions it, tell him you received new orders from command telling you to turn it over to him. If we are lucky, he will buy that, and we can move past this, and focus on The Covenant.

[Kairu]

Reynolds sat in the chair in his office. His mind was racing as to what Yates could want until he spoke. Yates: "Remember how you expressed a desire to be useful to me? I think the time has come for you to be useful." Reynolds cocked an eyebrow upwards and his curiosity was piqued. Reynolds: "What did you have in mind?"

[Hells Sniper]

Jacob simply nodded. Jacob: Understood. Although, I have a very weird feeling that he won't believe it. Jacob shook his head. Jacob: This guy beat me to hell and back...and I tried everything. He just wouldn't stay down.

[Naked Crook]

Nighthawk: Believe me...I know. I have tangoed with that guy before. I don't know what he is, but there is no way he is normal. This guy has a pain threshold that seems to never end. My best hits against that guy were shrugged off time and again. Nighthawk shrugged. Nighthawk: And it is like...the next time you see him...he is perfectly healthy, while you are still hurting from the last time to fought him. I suspect that he is augmented in some way...perhaps he was a Spartan I. It would make no sense for him to be a Spartan II or III because...well...he would use the power armor as opposed to not using it. Whatever he is...he is a tough son of a gun. Tyber: Yeah, well...even the toughest "son of a guns" die all the same when you put a bullet between the eyes. Tye shrugged. Tyber: Whatever. For now, The Covenant is our chief concern. Let's get the business with Kolya out of the way, and focus on our impending doom at the hands of The Covenant. We have to figure out a way to either fortify our position and give the evac shuttles a chance to get the hell off this planet. Tye paused. He looked at Nighthawk. Tyber: And since your mentioned you have a ship in orbit...you could be very helpful in tell me exactly what I need to know about the movement of The Covenant Fleet, so I can find a window for these people. Nighthawk looked at Tye, and thought for a moment. Nighthawk: Checking for a window won't be hard. Getting them through will be. Anaconda: Despite what you might think...The Covenant is always aware of Human evacuation procedures. They keep a very close eye on your movements. The more Humans they kill...the better of a job they did. In fact, I would not doubt that part of the reason that The Covenant is rolling in here with such force, is to rush YOUR plans to evacuate, thus forcing you to take an opprotunity that, despite being too good to be true, would be too good to pass up, only to spring their trap and murder ever single one of the people you died trying to evacuate. The Covenant can be very malevolent like that. All they need is one Corvette to take down a fleet of evac shuttles. Tyber: SO what are you saying that these people are good as dead? Anaconda was about to say yes, but NIghthawk interjected. Nighthawk: No...what he is saying is that successfully evacuating these people will require creative thinking. Anaconda grunted. Nighthawk: Very creative thinking... Nighthawk then spun around in the chair he was sitting in, and looked out the front window at the Phantom that was landed nearby. Nighthawk: Does that Phantom still work? Meanwhile: Yates: Well...I will have you know that I have been having a bit of difficulty with some of our colleagues; namely...Vice-Admiral Harrison. He and I...do not see eye to eye. He refuses to cooperate with me on any level. Yates paused. Yates: I get the feeling that I would get a similar response from EVERYONE in his battle group...except for you, of curse. You see, Harrison can be very contemptuous of authoirty, hence, his dislike for me. However, I feel that you are...more tolerated than I am. Basically, what I am saying...is that I need someone to work and operate on my behalf to keep tabs on, and report on everything that goes on in Harrison's quaint little battle group. I need someone who will report to me on everything he does, every order he gives, every person he delegates with, ever piece of information that is passed between the brass, the specific instructions and movement of certain personnel on the planet...everything. I feel that you could do this better than I could. Yates paused. Yates: Are you interested?
