[Naked Crook]

Alex turned and left the med bay, as he proceeded to head back up to the bridge of The Damocles. Alex moved quickly through the corridors, eventually reaching the bridge. As he walked onto the bridge, Alex felt The Damocles decelerate from the mass relay. Alex wasted no time, announcing his presence on the bridge. Alex: I want an update! Greyson turned around and looked at Alex. Greyson: Sir, you will be pleased to know that we have reached The Far Rim. We have engaged at full sub light, awaiting a destination solution. Alex: I have the last known coordinates of The Migrant Fleet. Alex raised his arm, and activated his Omni Tool, as he transmitted the data to the helm. Alex: Take us about, maximum speed...and bring the comms array online. I wanna talk to these Migrant Quarians. Alex stepped forward, as his comms officer nodded. Comms Officer: Channel open sir. We are on a wide band frequency. Every ship SHOULD be able to hear us, even those Turians on the aft quarter. If the Migrant Fleet is out there...someone will respond. Alex nodded, as he sighed, and took a moment. He wasn;t quite sure how to begin, as this was far more diplomatic than he was used to. Alex: Attention Quarian Fleet...this is Operative Underhill of Cerberus. We urgently need to speak about The Salarian STG operative Valrot Lesan. I am now fully aware of what has transpired between you, and the STG operative, down to the finest detail. Alex paused. He knew that this potentially implicate Uli, so he made an addendum. Alex: It is amazing what The Shadow Broker network is capable of hmm? Alex paused. Alex: With that said, I am willing to Ignore the fact that you all deliberatly lied to me, and misled me about your agreement and eventual disput with Lesan...and I am willing to return the survivors of The Quarian heavy fleet that was absolutly decimated at Omega...by Lesan and his forces...provided I am given unlimited, and unfettered access too ALL information pertaining to your involvement with Lesan. Alex paused. Alex: This is not up for negotiation. If you do not give me what I want...I will take these Quarians back to Cerberus...and utilize our "enhanced interrogation methods" on them to see if they know anything more. You have 30 seconds to comply. If you do not tell me exactly what I want to hear...I am going to jump through that mass relay...and you will never see me again. Alex paused. Alex: 25 seconds... Alex paused again. Alex: I know about The Geth planet. I know that you requested Lesan to land on the planet for recon purposes. I know that the recovery of the "Prothean" artifact was unexpected... Alex paused. Alex: 15 seconds... Alex simply waited. Alex: Don't be stubborn...

[Kairu]

The Fleet heard Underhill's transmission and with the countdown and hostilities already displayed, one of the Admirals couldn't let the unnecessary bloodshed begin. Aela: "Cerberus, I am Admiral Aela'Xera vas Defrahnz of the Migrant Fleet. You have my attention and I will meet your demands on behalf of the Admiralty Board. Before I take you at your word, I would like to talk to Admiral Xea'Valun vas Talonata to confirm the survivors." While Aela was transmitting, she was trying to stall Alex's countdown long enough to get the other Admirals in line with her before making any sort of arrangement. At least asking for Zea would provide her the comfort of knowing that Cerberus was being true to their word.

[Naked Crook]

Alex: That will not be possible. According to the manifest of survivors...there was no Admiral. The only Admiral we have is Uli-whatnot...of the Talonata... Alex paused. Alex: Speaking of The Talonata...I believe that ship was captured by Lesan...possibly with all hands. The only survivors we have were from other ships in the heavy fleet...and we were only able to get just shy of 300 survivors.

[Kairu]

Aela: "What do you mean captured? The Talonata was out best ship in the Heavy Fleet, including tactical assets, telemetry, and equipment. And where is Vice-Admiral Uli? Why is he not speaking instead?" Aela relayed Alex's claims to the Admiralty Board. Their reactions were anything but predictable. They all began to assume the worst and that their days were now limited with the capture of the Talonata.

[Naked Crook]

Alex: He was injured during the events that took place on Omega. He is in our medical bay, recovering, from his injuries. I cannot be 100% certain that we were able to stop the spread of injection. We did our best to get him treated as soon as possible. Alex paused. Alex: As for the Talonata...if it was your best ship, then you are in serious trouble if you do not find that ship. Surely there must be systems on that ship intended to track it. It must have an IFF transponder. You cannot tell me that you have no way of tracking that ship. It is sort of foolish to NOT have a way to track your most powerful vessel.

[Kairu]

Aela had continued to forward the discussion to the Board. When Uli's name became topic, they were most keen to speak to him in person. Aela: "The remaining members of the Admiralty Board and myself have silently voted and reluctantly agreed to request you return our people to us and join us aboard the liveship, Defrahnz. We're the large ship at the heart of the fleet. There, we will allow you to dock and release the survivors for treatment. We would like to speak with you, Vice-Admiral Uli, and anyone else who may wish to participate in this inquiry. Are there any questions?"

[Naked Crook]

Alex: No, no questions. Alex paused. Alex: I will get Uli ready for transport, and I will form a small team. If I recall my Cerberus briefing correctly, I am guessing that my team and I will have to go through a full decontamination first?

[Kairu]

Aela: "We insist it, yes. While our suits are usually sufficient, we do not want the risk. I am securing this transmission and then I will send the coordinates. We'll be waiting." Aela cut the transmission. She had a bad feeling about inviting Cerberus aboard. It really struck her wrong, but for the answers she, and the rest of the Admiralty Board, wanted, they had to take a gamble and risk it. She then began to get the Admiralty Board ready for Uli's tribunal.

[Naked Crook]

Alex sighed as the comm line was cut. Greyson: Coordinates received sir. Shall I plot a course? Alex: Yeah...take us to the coordinates transmitted by The Quarian Admiral. Once we are in position, contact the shuttle bay and inform them to prep a shuttle. Greyson: Are you going alone? Alex: Of course not. I have no intention of going alone. Obviously, I am going to bring Uli along, in order to return him to The Quarians. However, if I am not mistaken, I have a few people to choose from. While I could, in theory, bring all of them, I don't want to show too much force. These Quarians are very skeptical of me...and I don't want to ruin a fragile cooperation because I wanted to show some force. Alex paused. Alex: I may end up bringing The Justicar. They are known for their lawful application of justice...so that should score me some points...make me look better by proxy. Greyson: Are you going to bring the biotic Turian as well? Alex: No, she stays here. She has enough work to do. Greyson: Who else are you going to bring? Surely you are not thinking of brining... Alex shook his head. Alex: Oh, no...no...NO! That would be suicide. Alex paused. Alex: We have a Blue Suns Turian in the cargo hold. Contact him and tell him to meet me in the shuttle bay. Greyson: Sir...you realize that is an entire team of aliens? Alex: Like I said...I have to make it look like I can play nice. A Cerberus office who chums around with Aliens... Alex grinned. Alex: That is called credibility. Alex paused. Alex: Contact The Justicar. Inform her that I want her in the shuttle bay immediately. She should be in one of the observation decks. Greyson: Aye sir! Alex paused again. Alex: Once we are underway to the Quarian ship, with Uli, work with The Quarians and coordinate the return of their people. We need their trust if we are going to find Lesan. The Quarians have information we need. We cannot blow this chance. Greyson: Don't worry sir...we will play nice. Alex nodded, as he turned, and walked off the bridge, intent on heading to the medical bay to collect Uli.

Viso meanwhile had grabbed his helmet, that Avenger still on his back as he headed up to the shuttle bay, where Operative Underhill had specified. He got a few looks from the crew, but at least they weren't calling him names. That would have lead to violence. Eventually he reached the bay, leaning against a wall as he watched for the Operative.
