Cochraine decided to seperate herself from the group on the Observation Deck. She remained looking out into space. Her mind farther away from the King Raven than her actual body.

[Erex]

Tylan proceeds a little closer to the Ship.

[Naked Crook]

an ONI Officer replied to Tylan's request. ONI Officer: Commander...you are cleared to dock in Hanger Bay 4. Please proceed directly to the Observation Deck after you have landed. THe senior brass is about to start their meeting, and you are already running late. Meanwhile: Hayes entered the Observation Deck, along with Commander Temple, a few moments after Captain Cochraine had arrived. Hayes looked around at the officers that had gathered. Hayes: My apologies, I was filing a report to High Command. I would of been here initially, but, as you all know, High Command can be very impatient when they want these reports filed. Hayes looked around again, and noticed Burke was not there. Hayes: Where is Admiral Burke? Hayes turned when he heard Burke's voice behind him. Burke had just entered the Observation Deck. Burke was on a cane. Burke: My apologies Captain Hayes. As you can see, I suffered a few injuries in our last naval engagement with The Trust. Those hits that The Dreadhawk took...let's just say...I was flying violently over the holotable on my bridge. I only recently got around to getting myself checked out. I have several torn muscles in my leg, as well as minor bone fractures. To be frank...I would be in a lot better shape had I of left the bridge during battle...but I was not prepared to do that. Burke paused. He then laughed. Burke: My...payment for saving The Draco...as you can see. Hayes: No apologies are necessary Admiral. It just reminds us all of how incapable Tylan is at commanding a ship. I am just glad things were not worse for you.

[Erex]

Tylan lands the pelican and proceeds to the Obsevation deck. Tylan walks in and walks over to Burke. Tylan then salutes Burke. Tylan: Admiral, I'm sorry for putting you in a situation, and you have my deepest thanks for saving me.

[Naked Crook]

Burke looked at Tylan. Burke: Tell that to the 39 crewmen who are in critical condition. Tell that to the other 94 who were injured. Tell that to my ship, that suffered extensive damage to pull your ass out of a fire you charged into like an idiot. Burke paused. Burke: I didn't do what I did for your thanks. I did it in the hopes that I could save your crew from your inability to command a ship. I am of the firm belief that had you not of been in command of The Draco, I wouldn't be standing here, leaning on a cane.

[Erex]

Tylan: Understood sir. I accept full responisbility for my actions, I have no excuse as I won't give an excuse. I'm prepared for any consequences.

[Naked Crook]

Hayes looked at Tylan. Hayes: To be frank Commander, I have decided to leave your punishment up to Captain Cochraine. She seems very interested in the task of doing so... Hayes paused. Hayes: Isn't that right, Captain Cochraine?

[Erex]

Tylan: Understood captain.

[Kairu]

Cochraine: "Hmmm? Oh right. Yes, I feel that it is my responsibility as the direct CO." Cochraine turned around and acknowledged the group trying to keep focus on the situation. She approached the table and stood behind an empty chair, ready to take her seat.

[Naked Crook]

Hayes: Well...Captain Cochraine...be sure to see to disciplinary action after this briefing is out. However, we are here to asses our current situation and evaluate our next move, and that is what we are going to do. Hayes sat down at the head of the conference table. Burke also took a seat, as did the other officers on the deck. Hayes: Now...I have gone over most of the reports that were filed to me, and one thing is clear; we have been taking hits, and not taking time to recover from them. We have persistently been on the defensive, and have had little time to get ourselves situated. We need to make an offensive strike, and we need to make it now...but the biggest problem is that we have nothing to strike. So...suggestions?
