Yea well my mom tried treating my sis the same. but I remember the days where I had no social life for a whole fucking year. My mum believed that mental discipline is much much much worse than physical, and I was 10. Yea my sis was always special, despite my mom's disagreement. Hell even today, I am still treated poorly as to my sis and I'm 18 and have a job and pay rent and *I** still get in trouble. Yet my sister is busted AT SCHOOL for two class-3 narcotics and a class-5 ON SCHOOL GROUNDS! And all my mom said was, "oh well, I'm done trying". If it was me, I would have been lucky to still be alive. Parenting is fucked up and I always pulled the "Dad, stepmom won't let me *insert action of choice*" and he said "don't worry about it" so I shouldn't complain too much, though my dad's an alcoholic and he always loved me more since he's sexist and I'm the first born.
