It is a defensive omnidirectional shield that protects the deployer and his or her allies inside what seems to be a regenerative shield that cannot be cracked or broken from outside of the shield. It is very lightweight and easily deployed in a freefire zone. Unless a hostile was to enter the shield, and destroy the generator, there is no known ordience that can get past the shield or destroy it. However, the shield only has a lifespan of about 20 seconds, so it is not wise to make longterm plans inside the shield. Brutes, more so then Elites, are seen using this device. It is unclear why. It has been observed that at least two Brutes will be carrying a Bubble Shield at any time and will immediatly deploy it when combat gets a little to tense. It should be noted, that the generator can be moved while the shield is active, giving a large group of enemies and mobile bunker, should the need arise.
