Reynolds' pelican moved forward again, proceeding to dock with the Vigorous Inferno. The pilot closed in and docked in Hangar Bay Nine, as instructed, opening the back hatch for Reynolds. Reynolds disembarked and proceeded to the Observation Deck where he was told to go. Along the way his mind was still occupied with what Yates had shared. He soon snapped back to the here and now where he fell out of formation and exploited one of his soldier's advantage, the new front in the former space battle. He no doubt felt that he was about to get the worst lecture of his life. He took a moment to recompose himself before entering the Observation Deck with Harrison and Burke. When he felt ready, he put his hands together behind is back and entered in.

[Naked Crook]

Burke looked at Harrison with a crooked eye. Burke began to question as to why Harrison would ask such a direct question. However, before Burke could answer, he heard Reynolds enter the deck. Burke stopped himself from answer, as he looked at Reynolds. He watched as Reynolds approach Harrison and himself. Burke then look back at Harrison. Burke: The answer to your question is yes. Yes I have. Meanwhile: Jennifer had made note of everyone's response, except for Jacob. She was curious as to why Jacob did not answer. Jennifer: I didn't get an answer from Jacob. Tyber: Why not? Jennifer: I don't know. That is not like him. Cameron: Could he be dead? Jennifer: I hope not. Tyber: We will keep an eye out for him. Nighthawk: Let's not forget why we are here. We are here to eliminate The Trust. We cannot play hide and seek with Jacob. while we are trying to eliminate this facility. Nighthawk paused. Nighthawk: Our first priority should be to find a way to allow my AI to uplink with this facility...so we can data mine it for information. Tyber: No...that is your first priority. Our first priority is to kill these guys. Nighthawk: Killing everyone in this base will not stop The Trust. Data mining their intel will. It is your call. You can give them a splinter, or you can put a bullet in their collective brain. Your way or my way. Jennifer: NIghthawkl is right. Data mining this place would go a very long way. It would go much further than just killing everyone here. Tyber: Fine. Whatever. Let's just get this over and done with. Which way do we go? Nighthawk: I have no idea. It is why I said "we have to find a way...". Our best course of action would be to look around until we find where they have stored their local data servers. If we can find that...I can do the rest. Meanwhile: Black Team had also left the bridge, and had headed towards the hanger bay. Upon their arrival, they were met with quite a number of Pelicans, which were all fully loaded with Trust ODSTs, along with a lot of heavy weaponry. Each of the Pelicans were armed with chin mounted chain guns and missile pods for air based assaults. Black Team wasted no time in finding an empty Pelican to occupy and wait, while everyone else had fully geared up and loaded into their Pelicans. Black 2: It is not often we deploy in such heavy numbers. Hell...this looks like half of the ODSTs stationed on this ship. Black 1: Extreme force for extreme circumstances. I guess Spender is getting very sick of dealing with the UNSC and how they keep messing up his plans as far as San Angeles goes. Black 3: Yeah...well...I dunno about you guys...I I personally love big assaults like this. It is so climactic. Black 4: Screw climactic...it is just flat out effective to simply overpower your opponent.

[Hells Sniper]

Harrison acknowledged Reynolds entrance and then looked at Burke. He nodded before he turned to face Reynolds. Harrison: Glad you could join us, Captain. We have some very serious things to discuss right now. Meanwhile: Liam looked to his Spartans who were already prepped inside a pelican. Desmond turned to him. Desmond: Ready to move on your mark, sir. Liam nodded. Liam: Alright, let's move. It's about time we ended this. Liam and Savannah entered the pelican and banged on the hull. Moments later, the bay door closed and the pelican lifted off, leaving the Ulterior Motive and heading to the surface. Meanwhile: Dangerus looked around, he could tell that the UNSC was in a full fight with the other humans in this facility. Dangerus: It's about time we entered the facility, Shipmaster. We'll follow the destruction, and find the mainframe. From there we can figure out what is going on.

[Kairu]

Reynolds: "What's going on, Sir?" Meanwhile: Calhoun and Robertson were still in their skirmish. They fired a few more rounds dropping two of the three ODSTs. The hallway was fairly narrow. The space between the two groups was significantly lengthy, roughly 100 meters in length between them, going on for several more intervals. Robertson held a frag grenade and pulled the pin, tossing it down the hall at the Trust ODSTs. The three Trust ODSTs rolled out of the way, injuring no one. When the Trust ODSTs returned to their previous firing spots, Calhoun and Robertson were around the corner and had gotten the jump on them. Robertson blasted one of them in the face with his shotgun. The other two Trust ODSTs focused on Calhoun, who was charging at them. He fired his assault rifle in bursts, keeping the fire spread low. He was aiming for the top, but the run and gun tactic made his contact erratic. Robertson turned and began supporting Calhoun. The two Trust soldiers fell back where Calhoun slid on the ground, pulling out his pistol, shooting one of them in his leg. The Trust ODST fell and got up quickly, limping to the next set of corners. He was almost there when Robertson blasted him in the back with his shotgun, ending the man's suffering quickly. The final Trust ODST managed to make around the corner, using his battle rifle to take precision shots at Robertson who was attempting to get close. The Trust ODST hid around the corner, waiting for Robertson to turn the corner. When he did, the Trust ODST punched Robertson's VISR, staggering Robertson. During the stagger, the Trust ODST pulled out his dagger and moved to stab Robertson. The Trust ODST came out of cover to go for the kill where Calhoun shot him with a dead Trust ODST's shotgun. The force of the shot blowing the last ODST back to the wall.

Black Team watched as The Risk Taker's loaded into their Pelican. Black 1: Alright men...let's get it done. We are going to go down there, sweep the area, and secure the facility. Take no prisoners and shoot to kill. The rest of Black Team nodded, as they all took their seats on their Pelican, and the Pelican's reach hatch began to close. Black team's Pelican was the first to deploy, with the other Trust Pelican's following one by one, leaving The Ulterior Motive, and heading planet side to ONI Installation Desert. Meanwhile: Anaconda had been tracking both Dangerus and Xyrho by using his built-in thermal imaging to teack Dangerus and Xyrho under their active camo. Anaconda wanted to get these two isolated and alone before he confronted them. Xyrho, on the other hand, had to agree with Dangerus. Xyrho: I agree. The mainframe should be our first stop. We should head there now. As we have no idea where exactly we have to do, we might as well follow your recommendation, and simply follow the destruction. Take point Chieftain...you lead the way. I will keep my eyes open for anything that may be of interest, and I will let you know if I see anything.

[Kairu]

Calhoun and Robertson looted the bodies for ammo and grenades to resupply before they proceeded. Robertson: "So where to?" Calhoun looked around and saw a sign pointing to different directions and labeling what was where. Then he decided on his target. Calhoun: "That one there. It says that their engineering levels are that way. I say we put your explosive personality to use, yeah?" Robertson didn't even reply. He was grinning ear to ear at the approval. They wasted no time and proceeded to the engineering levels when Calhoun checked in with Frost. Calhoun: "Captain, this is Calhoun. We've found a passage that will take us to the engineering levels. My recommendation is that we can take out a few of the key systems to make our jobs easier."

[Erex]

Sergei and Havoc leave the cargo room and entered the hallway where they encountered a squad of Trust oDSTs. Sergei then open fires on the ODSTs killing one with a headshot while Deuce double taps two ODSTs Ace them open fires on one of them injuring the ODST while shooting him the leg and thigh then ran up to the crippled body and snaps his neck before he can grab his pistol Sergei proceeded with haste disposing of the last ODST. Sergei: Got two. Deuce: two as well. Ace: Got only one. Sergei: enter room right ace after I charge inDeuce supply cover fire. Sergei slams into the door breaking it while his entire momentum kept moving forward he runs into a Trust officer at some kind of security station. Sergei: Captain we are in a security station. Base is on full alert. I'll try to open doors for you if need be. Trust officer dispatched and logged in orders ma'am?

Jennifer had heard the calls from Both Sergai and Calhoun. She responded to them one at a time. Jennifer responded to Calhoun first. Jennifer: Calhoun...this is Captain Frost. I have a solid copy on your recommendation, and I agree with it. I would advise extreme caution with what you do. We need this facility to remain powered up and functioning, as we will need access to the local data network. Without power...we cannot access any of the information. However...if you can cut power to anything that COULD cause problems, such as enemy comm lines, internal communications, security feeds, automated defenses, or other access points controlled by hostiles...that would work very well. If you are unsure about something...play it safe and contact me again. I will advise you from there. Frost out. Jennifer then responded to Sergai. Jennifer: DO not count on having any sort of access for very long Spartan. ONI systems require persistant authentication and verification. At any time you could lose whatever access you have. However...if you want to make use of what you have...I would advise that you block all outgoing security updates that are leaving this facility. We can, at least, blind out enemy. However...do not spend too much time in that room. Spartans were not engineer to operation control panels. If you have any personnel of lesser strategic importance, I would assign them to the task of pressing buttons. Frost out. Jennifer closed the comm line with Sergai. Tyber: "Personnel of lesser strategic importance". I have GOT to remember that one. Nighthawk: That was the nice way of saying "Less useful people". Cameron scoffed. Cameron: The implication of which being that Spartan IIIs are somehow more useful? Jennifer cocked an eyebrow. Jennifer: Cameron...why so much hate for Spartan IIIs? Cameron: Well...ma'am...to be frank...they are essentially disposable people. They were created to die. Perhaps it is my own arrogance...but...I see them as significantly inferior to Spartan IIs... Jennifer: Wow. I never knew Spartans had a rivalry going... Cameron: We don't...that is just me saying it.

[Erex]

Sergei: Ace press buttons try to seal the enemy in areas and lockout as much as you can. Moments later doors began to seal trust personnel blocking them from getting into main areas of the base as well as blocking security updates. Sergei: Captain we have done what you said you were right but we have sealed parts of the building off where there were large numbers of enemy troops in areas keep you guys safe for a little longer. We got locked out from controls. And for the record ma'am never refer to your fellow men as men of lesser importance each man is important in his own right and no amount of bio engineering will Change the fact that he is human and he is important no matter what his rank is.

With Frost cutting contact, Calhoun and Robertson continued to the engineering level. Robertson: "She's not very chatty is she?" Calhoun: "She's running an entire field op. The stress tends to make you less friendly and very much more serious. Perhaps you'll appreciate that one day." Robertson: "Doubtful. Well, I mean, I don't see myself being more serious. Soldiers like knowing that the bosses are real people too. A little courtesy goes a long way, you know." Calhoun: "Well that's your right as an individual. But for now, focus on our objective. We have some shit to blow up, not officers to complain about. Just remember, she outranks you and will likely not have a problem demoting you if you keep running your mouth." Robertson: "I get the hint, I'll stop my whining. You could do with a little lightening up too, you know." Calhoun: "Shut up, Robertson." Robertson: "Just saying, Man." Calhoun held his assault rifle out, stopping Robertson. He was looking down the stairs they came out at. Calhoun: "Another patrol, get ready." The two fell back to the closest corner and got ready for the Trust ODSTs to come up the stairs.
