[Halo] New! Halo RPG Pt. 11

[Erex]

Devron: No sir, he will not be in command of the squadron. He will be a rear guard, as I do not believe he has any leadership skills.

[Naked Crook]

Vernette: Well...this is your gamble Captain. If you feel that you can put a NAVAL officer into a combat role reserved for AIR FORCE officers...then be my guest. Though...be advised...if Tylan screws up again, your NAVY to AIR FORCE leap of logic will be taken into account...and then fingers might start pointing at you for your...questionable decision making. Vernette shrugged. Vernette: But sure...go ahead...put a naval office in a position reserved for highly trained air force officers.

[Erex]

Devron: After looking at his skills, he is a good pilot, and I have a squadron that needs one more person. I'll make sure he's ready.

[Hells Sniper]

Dangerus nodded. Dangerus: I wouldn't dream of being the one to end him...if he truly is lost, that right goes to his brother if so desires it. Dangerus paused. Dangerus: That is how I would wish it.

[Naked Crook]

Barrabus: Well...there is no reason to think that we will have to kill him...yet. There is no point is thinking about it.. Barrabus shrugged. Barrabus: No matter. Send word to our ships in our battle group. Inform them that we are going to stick with the Human battle group and that we are going to assist them in their fight against The Trust. Concurrently: Vernette looked at Devon. Vernette: If you say so Captain. Dismissed. Return to your ship and have it ready to go. Get that crew in line, and get them up to spec. There will be no excuses from this point out.

[Hells Sniper]

Dangerus nodded and bowed before Barrabus. Dangerus: We will await your arrival. Dangerus backed away and then headed out the door, his guards following him out. By now, the Agents were finished talking amongst themselves and eventually turned to Vernette once him and Devron were finished. They needed to know where to go next. Carmicle: Director, sir. As for us, were would you like us assigned? Meanwhile: Troy and his Spartans arrived in the medical bay, greetng Beckett. Troy: Doctor...these Trust prisoners need attention.

[Erex]

Devron salutes out and walks to the Hangar to get in his Pelican. ANd heads over to the Draco.

[Kairu]

Cochraine approached Vernette after he dismissed Devron, a sort of respect for space. When Devron was dismissed, she approached, hands behind her back. Cochraine: "I am going to go out on a limb and say you will tell me to watch my tongue from now on?"

[Naked Crook]

Vernette held up his hand to Cochraine, as if to tell her to wait a moment. He was going to answer Carmicle first. Vernette: Agent...you are to do the same. Set up an Ops center to corrdinate your team. You are free to use whatever space you need, and whatever resources you need to set up. Be sure to coordinate with the department heads on this ship, and keep my senior staff up to speed with anything that you are bringing to the operations of this ship. Dismissed.

[Kairu]

Cochraine hushed when Vernette signaled, allowing him to finish with Carmicle first.
