Morgan heard someone coming up the ladder and turned around, raising his rifle. When he saw it was a friendly, he cautiously lowered his rifle and then nodded. He returned to his previous position and kept focus on the Legion and Enclave scouts.

[Kairu]

Samuel: "What's the enemy status, Man?"

[Hells Sniper]

Morgan didn't speak. He couldn't, his vow of silence took over him and he knew this new sniper wouldn't understand his signs or anything. He turned to Sam and simply point to a number on his watch. 2 o'clock. Morgan then pointed towards 2 o'clock in real life and pointed to his scope. Hopefully, the new sniper would understand that he wanted him to see for yourself.

[Naked Crook]

Skinner was in the second Virtibird with the three other Enclave Soldiers. Enclave Soldier 2: This Legion seems to be very efficient in the art of killing. Their methods are pretty barbaric. Enclave Soldier 3: Typical wasteland behavior. There are a lot of psychos out there. Skinner: Very true...but this is an organized group of psychopaths with an army intent on expanding into the DC region. The Legion has their sights on power armor. If they are a match for The brotherhood WITHOUT power armor...imagine what they could do WITH power armor. Skinner paused. Skinner: I originally entered into this alliance in order to try and get two waring factions to weak each other so we could capitalize...but things are not going to plan. The Legion is very dangerous already...and I refuse to allow them to become stronger than they already are. Enclave Soldier 1: Sir...what are you saying? Skinner: I am saying...that if we want The Enclave to become the most powerful force in the DC region...we need our enemies to be weak. From what I saw today...The Legion may have an advantage. We must not allow The legion to outpace The Brotherhood. As much as I hate to admit it...we may need to help The Brotherhood if The legion becomes too dangerous. Meanwhile: Elder Xanatos was in his private chambers, reviewing a few reports from scouts about Super Mutant activity and movement. He looked up from the reports when he saw Kairu. Xanatos: Kairu...what brings you here?

[Hells Sniper]

The vertibird flight only took a few minutes and they landed at Old Olney. Caesar II stepped out and ordered his men to bring the power armor to his office and allow none to touch it. Caesar II then walked to Skinners vertibird and looked at him as he stepped out. Caesar II: We need to talk.

[Kairu]

Kairu: "Sir, we've got very bad news. The Judgement was ambushed by a bunch of... I cannot even begin to describe them. At first I thought they were Enclave soldiers. We saw a vertibird land in the distance and went to investigate. When we sprung the trap, it wasn't the Enclave. You can tell how they fought. Most of them preferred power fists and other melee weapons. They were savage. We lost Jackson. And even if there's a remote possibility the Enclave are working with them, we won't last long." MEANWHILE Samuel connected the dots Morgan provided. He laid out prone and looked at the 2 o'clock direction through his scope.

[Erex]

Fornex: I think its a good time to point my assault rifle. Fornex points his AR to see if anyone out there. Fornex: You see anyone? NCR Trooper: No, just saw some bushes rustling a little too violently.

[Naked Crook]

Xanatos: Are you saying that we now have a new enemy in The Capital Wasteland?

[Kairu]

Kairu: "That is exactly what I am saying. This new... enemy is merciless. They were just brutal. I can say that they are likely based to the North. We were out scavving the vaults and Wheaton Armory when we saw the vertibirds fly by. We were headed to Vault 92 at that point. This new faction, if we allow them to expand, it'll be over for us. I'm not even sure what to call them..."

Xanatos: I agree. Whoever this new faction is...they are defiantly a threat. With that said...why do they have access to Virtibirds? One would think they would have some ties to The Enclave...but...I have never know The Enclave to associate itself with groups outside their organization. I need to know...did you see any Enclave soldiers working along side this...new faction?
