The drop pods launched the 3 NSW operatives straight towards the Citadel. The Marines would arrive later and form a perimeter around the Citadel, just in case there would be an additional attack force that might arrive.
There was a strong jerk to Stolt's pod as the parachute deployed and slowed the freefall. So he lived another drop.
The navigation system automatically steered the pod towards the LZ using a series of propeller thrusts. After some more time, the pod buried itself into the ground, and the hatch popped open. Stolt grabbed his rifle and climbed out to meet with the 2 other NSW operatives, Codenamed "Whiskey" and "Tango" to Stolt's "Foxtrot".
Whiskey: Looks like there's already a team of agents that have been deployed here.
Foxtrot: Roger. Watch the FOF radar and be on the lookout for friendlies. Don't be to reliant on it though. Chances are, whoever is down here won't show up. Let's move out.
Whiskey, Tango, and Foxtrot moved deeper into the Citadel, following the trail of carnage.
