Evolution vs Creationism

Ok for about 65 years Evolution has been taught. Well it has been proven false, but I'm not going to discout it. The Theory of evoultuion states the big bang theory was the size of a marble and blew up and created the entire universe. Whats your theories... Please no ancient astronaut theories. My personal belief is creationism. I believe God created the entire universe.

I don't want to say god didn't make the universe, but there is absolutely no proof of that either, other than pure speculation. Unless evolution has been outright disproved like you said (in that case, link me to a credible science website), I would go as far to say that the theory of evolution does have a place in science classes. There are people who are a lot smarter than you or I who have been researching this for decades, and you know what? We can see evolution happening right now. Did you know that more and more elephants are getting born without tusks? These elephants manage to survive, since poachers don't cut off their tusks. These elephants go on to make babies, and some of those babies have no tusks, and those elephants make babies, and there you have it, elephants without tusks are starting to become more prominent than those who do. Because they survive. Which is what Darwin's theory is all about. And isn't that basically science? You propose a theory, research it, see if it works, and if it doesn't, you move on to the next one? Because unlike anything religion oriented, there are some things that could back evolution up. Like how monkeys have opposable thumbs...how certain birds beaks are different in certain places where that kind of beak would benefit them the most. To be quite honest, I'm completely fine with not knowing how the universe was created, or whether or not there really is a god. All I want, is science to provide a hoverboard, by the year 2015, as promised in Back to the future II.

I see you linked me to a creationist website....which is NOT science. I also read that little websites bit of proof...It makes absolutely no sense. I see that the person was citing something from a book that was questioning god's existence...and he said that if the human brain learned something new every second...that he could hold enough information that it could last 3 million years... Which...I don't see what that has to do with evolution...

Darwin stole most of his stuff from others, and when he took that to science community they rejected him because of the belief in god. And that the belief in God has died because of a secular world and a fallen world. A creatonist science website.

I will say this: After reading Cubans post, he brings up a good point. I wanna throw something onto the battle field, and I want people to consider it. Science has been butting heads with religion since the days of the fiest theory, the first thought, the first idea, the first microscope...and it has been the immovable object vs the unstoppable force. Lets look at this from a religious point of view: I am a Christian, catholic to be exact. I believe, in so few words, that the clockwork perfection of time, space, and law were created by a creator. If Science has taught me anything, it is that through the power of trial, error, research, and experimentation, we can learn about our universe. God created what we try to learn about...much like a student learns from the master. If God did create the Universe, than he must have an understanding of science that is unknowable...unfathomable. This makes God a scientist. This makes God what we use to fight him...a scientist. I will never tell someone if their God or gods are wrong, or false, as I am neither competant nor qualified to argue this. Choice of religion is a personal question. Science isn't incompatible with religion. As for my stance on Atheism...it is a personal choice.

HOW do you know Darwin stole his information? Are you saying he read the notes of other scientists....compared them to notes of OTHER scientists...and compared those to HIS notes....and made a conclusion from that? That's not stealing...that's comparing notes. Scientists do that to make sure what they found...isn't full of shit. And I agree with Jon, science isn't compatible with religion.

No.. He would go around asking questions and when they answered them, he would write them down and claim they were his answers on evolution. He plaigerized answers stating those are his, even some of the drawings that he drew wherent' his.
