Roman Empire RPG

[Hells Sniper]

Quadratus watched as their legion moved forward. Straight into the rebel's camp. Meanwhile: Malleolus could see the Roman's entering. Malleolus: Archers! Three... Two.... The archers loaded and raised their bows. One.... FIRE!

[Kairu]

Quickly the legionnaires positioned their shields as if a giant shield around the legion. Many arrows were deflected, however there was a small break in the front, first rank of the legion and the entire row felled.

[Hells Sniper]

Quadratus was ready for his legion to move in. Quadratus: C'mon Ambrosius...use your archers... Meanwhile: A few hundred Rebels ran down the hill, just as another volley of arrows deflected off the Roman's shields. The Rebels jumped over the shields, breaking the right flank. Meanwhile: Aquilinus and his legion could hear the attack had begun.

Ambrosius raised his sword high in the air and swung it to aim at the Rebel archers. On the command, his archers fired. Men! Break formation! Leave nothing alive!

[Hells Sniper]

Quadratus smiled as he saw the rebel archers retreat behind the rocks. The legion was breaking formation. Meanwhile: The rebels continued the assault on the Legion, killing a few in the beginning, but slowly loosing men. Malleolus watched...he frowned. He turned to Carbo. Malleolus: Get down there...and kill that legate! Carbo nodded, unsheated two swords and charged down the hill.

Ambrosius hopped off of his horse and started fighting some rebels. He saw one coming from behind, grabbed him, threw him over his shoulder, slamming him to the ground, then slitting his throat. Another rebel came after him and he slashed at him throwing him aside. One of his legionnaires caught sight of Carbo charging into the battlefield and Ambrosius moved in to intercept.

[Hells Sniper]

Carbo smiled, cutting off the heads of two legionnaires on the way down the hill with one stroke of his sword. He spotted Ambrosius, ran at him, and swung. Meanwhile: Quadratus watched the onslaught, he sent twenty legionnaires to reinforce.

[Kairu]

Ambrosius swung his sword to deflect the attack.

[Hells Sniper]

Carbo rolled, taking in the blow. He stood up and swung at Ambrosius again, who dodged. A legionnaire charged at him, and he slit his throat midrun. The legionnaire fell between Ambrosius and Carbo. Carbo smiled.

[Kairu]

Ambrosius grabbed the legionnaire's back and attempted to pull him away, but not before Carbo sliced him up. Acting quickly, he spun around the standing dead body and punched Carbo in the face, hoping he'd fall.
