I was thinking that too, until I realized I need it to be able to bend it around me legs and chest.. so I don't know what could be that flexible.

I was thinking of maybe making the chest a little bigger so the stomach armor could have space to move and the stormtrooper legging a little shorter maybe making the knee armor seperate from the bottom of your leg

Well looking at this picture:



The Chest peice is seperated from the abdominal peice.. So.. I need to make the chest peice small in the front, big in the back.. then fit the ab peice in between.

I just don't know what material to use.

Plastic could be used but the problem is you need to heat it up to bend it.

PVC could work for only a small portion of the project.

The Legs, chest piece, and abdominal peice are the big problems, since they need to be well shaped out to my body.
