Nope. Read the graphic novels. The armor didn't change in appearance...never.

In Halo Wars, the Elites looked the same, the Brutes looked the same, the grunts looked the same.

Bungie just sucks...and Reach REALLY SUCKS because of all this contrived bullshit.

Meh well I like it and by the way in a part of the video you see that you can play different modes than just killing and surviving for as long as possible so thats a bonus.

Halo: Reach has a firefight mode with brutes in it. But... Brutes weren't even mentioned until Halo 2, and Reach is set way before that.

With the airstrike they completely copied a game called Warhawk for the PS3. It shoots out a green line and then a few seconds later it goes boom.
