Kolya: In many ways...arguably...he is better than you are...his training is better than yours, and I dare say he is more physically capable than you are now. Combined with the fact that you have been...less than stellar at your job, making mistakes, and screwing up...I am forced to ask...what am I going to do with you? Your usefulness is starting to quickly expire. You have done very little in our fight against ONI...prefering, more often than not, to take meaningless assignments anyone could do.
