I could use a hand...

Alright so I downloaded LoL and clicked the program to boot it up and it said I "can't load direct3d". I've spent the past 2 hours trying to find out whats wrong because I tried playing Minecraft a while back, and that had the same conclusion. I loaded Windows 7 on to this PC a couple months back-before I had XP on it- and I was able to play League and Minecraft perfectly fine. SO Its either my graphics card, a driver that I need to install and haven't yet, or some other problem I'm unaware about. I attached my specs to the post. Any help or comments is welcome, thanks in advance!
