Halloween - EPIC COSTUME

[Hells Sniper]

So, I've always been a Halloween-kind-of-guy, so I love it and always have a costume. This year though, has been the first costume where I'm actually trying really hard to perfect. The COSTUME: A STORMTROOOPER. Now, you may say: "Oh, you'll never get this done," or "It's been done before." Well I don't care, I'm going for it, and throwing in my own uniqueness. Anyway, I already bought the helmet. The torso and legs are the real problem. I'm thinking something along the lines of PVC or plexiglass, or foam, etc. Does anyone have any other ideas on how I could make this an EPIC costume? ^A picture for reference.
