Meet Jorge Orson

[cubanpete24]

I found a very neat thing, while scanning through the item codes for Fallout 3 on the Internet Apparently, there was a cut piece of clothing The Outcast Recon Armor. Full with it's own Black/Re Color Scheme. I always figured that BoS Soldiers wear the Recon Hood under the BoS helmets, For many reasons ie it's part of the Exo-skeleton, Cushions the Head, etc So I thought a Recon Hooded Version of Jorge would be pretty Neat, Coupled with the Black BoS helmet.
