Anaconda broke out into a full sprint, as he stormed through the corridor. Nighthawk grabbed his shotgun off of his back, and held it in his hands as he ran to keep up with Anaconda.

Tye watched as the two ran forward, as he let out a sigh.

Tyber: Dark, Cam...keep up! We can't fall behind.

Tye and Cameron also broke into a sprint, as they followed behind Nighthawk.

Tyber: Dark, keep eyes on our six as we move forward. I do not want any hostiles flanking our position.

While Tye was giving his orders, Nighthawk was still following behind Anaconda. However, he was also conversing with HAWK via his comm line back to The Venture Capitalist.

Nighthawk: HAWK...give me an update on what is going on our there!

HAWK: The UNSC has been successful in surrounding and holding The Ulterior Motive in its place. The Ulterior Motive has taken damage, and it is not in any fighting condition. The UNSC has a strong perimeter set up, and nothing that leaves this ship will go far.

Nighthawk: Sounds like good news all around. What about the Cyclops? Have you been able to find The Risk Takers?

HAWK: Negative. I have the Cyclops moving through the corrdiors of The Ulterior Motive in an effort to locate The Risk Takers. However, I have been unable to locate them. I have been tapping UNSC comms in order to keep tabs on the possibility of UNSC teams spotting The Risk Takers. However, there have not been any sifhtings.

Nighthawk: Well, stay on it. Anaconda and I are on The Consultant's tail. If Jacob's intel is to be believed, she MAY have access to Vanguard. Either way, she needs to be taken down.

Nighthawk paused.

Nighthawk: In any case, HAWK, keep me informed any any new developments.

HAWK: Understood, Nighthawk.

Meanwhile:

Doctor Novak was in the med bay when he had heard the door breached, and the UNSC pour in. Novak took cover and hid in one of the supply rooms in the back of the med bay, out of sight from the UNSC Marines. He had heard the UNSC Marines round up his lab techs and nurses, and he had heard what they were trying to do.

Novak rubbed his chin, as he considered his options. He was armed, and he had his sidearm with him, but he had a finite amount of ammo, he was outnumbered, and he was outgunned. He needed a plan, and he needed to act. He was all but certain that he was going to lose the Guest Houses, as he had heard a Marine make it abundantly clear that he was going to blow them up.

Novak peaked around the corner, and caught a quick visual scan of his med bay. He saw that he had a clear path to his office, and that the UNSC was more focused on his staff and the Guest Houses. Novak went prone, as he silently moved towards his office. Novak ducked behind his desk, out of sight of the Marines, as he grabbed his laptop off his desk. With his laptop in hand, he looked back at the supply room, and moved, in prone, back to the supply room.

Novak: These bastards are fully intent on destroying The Guest Houses. If they want to pull that off, I can at least make it more difficult for them to do so.

Once Novak had returned to the supply room, he moved a supply crate to the side and exposed an emergency access hatch. Novak opened the hatch, slowly, and as silently as he could, as he crawled in, sealing it behind him. Novak locked the hatch from the other side, and then opened the lid of his laptop. Novak called up the administrative console on his laptop, and accessed the internal medbay functions to simulate a biohazard alert. At the very least, this would seal the doors of the med bay, and also of the surrounding areas, essentially making it very difficult for the Marines to rejoin their comrades.

Novak sighed, as he pressed "Enter" to begin the simulated lockdown. The moment he pressed enter, he heard the alarm began to go off in the med bay, and the main doors sealed shut, the door locks on the main doors were engaged, and the overrides were disabled. With Jesse and Fireteam Harmony locked in the med bay, they would, in theory, be ill-advised to detonate the explosives necessary to destroy The Guest Houses. With the biohazard simulation in effect, Novak closed the lid of his laptop, and he proceeded to crawl through the access tubes, as he began to put distance between himself, and the med bay.

Meanwhile:

Nova Team, Black Team, and The Consultant moved through the corridors of The Ulterior Motive, as they protected the lab techs who were carrying Vanguard's Durance. Black Team was on point, as Nova Team watched the six. The Consultant walked in the middle with the techs.

The Consultant: We should pick up the pace. We cannot rely on this ship surviving any assault from The UNSC. We have to get the hell out of here ASAP.

Black 1: Well, whatever happens, we are not leaving this ship without Spender. Once we get you to the Prowler, we are going back for Spender, and we are getting him out of here.

The Consultant: If The UNSC makes it to the bridge, Spender is a dead man. It would be a waste of time and manpower to go back at this point.

Black 1: It is our time to waste. Our job is to ensure the safety of Spender. The only reason we are here is because he ordered us to be here, to ensure that this thing makes it to Mediterranean. However, if we can get you to the Prowler, you can make your own way there.

The Consultant: Fair enough Black Team...fair enough.

Meanwhile:

Xyrho looked around the Barracks, as he gave a quick assessment of the warriors in front of him. Much to his dismay, he knew most of the Elites he was seeing, and he didn't feel that he could trust any of them with what he was going to have them do.

Xyrho scoffed, and was going to turn away and simply do this himself, but he stopped when he saw Urran. Xyrho looked at Urran, and pointed at him.

Xyrho: You...come here!

Xyrho gave a very stern command to Urran. He waited for Urran to do as he was ordered.
