TNO Staff Now Has Expanded Power

Just a friendly reminder to everyone on TNO...TNO staff members now have expanded power. As we do not like banning users from TNO for minor thread infractions, I have decided to implement per-thread banning. Requests from my staff have pushed me to implementation of per thread banning. Any abusing of threads will be punished with an instant ban from an individual thread. Abuse can be defined as: Going off topic Spamming Flaming Talking negative about TNO and/or it's Staff. Remember...TNO still loves everyone.
