Xyrho: I have trusted you thus far. I have no reason to stop trusting you.
Xyrho paused.
Xyrho: You have proven that you are serious about stopping Vanguard, in spite of what it is. I only hope that the desire to commit heresy is as strong in your most trusted Brutes, as it is in you.
Xyrho simply stared at Dangerus for a moment, before he turned, and proceed towards the Phantom that he had arrived in. Xyrho's Elites were already waiting for him, and they were ready to depart.
Xyrho: I will return to my ship to see if I can find anything else. If I do find something...I will contact you right away.
Concurrently:
Tyber: All points...solid copy.
Tye paused.
Tyber: To all points...we have managed to secure The Ulterior Motive. As far as I can tell, The Trust has seemingly abandoned The Ulterior Motive, effectively leaving the ship in our hands. With that being the case, I need this ship secured, which means that any areas that we are in control of, must remain under our control. Vital areas of the ship; engineering, the medical bay, hanger bays...all of these areas need to be locked down and patrolled. Any captured Trust personnel should be secured, or if possible, returned to either The King Raven or The Vigorous Inferno.
Tye paused.
Tyber: I will be contacting the senior brass to ascertain our next course of action. Stand by by for further orders! Vernette out!
As Tye closed the comm line, he and Cameron were closing in on the bridge of the Ulterior Motive. As they got close, Tye noticed that Jade was on the ground, near the entrance of the bridge. Tye gave a brief sprint towards Jade, as he knelt down next to her.
Tyber: Sergeant? Can you hear me?
Tye placed his hand on Jade's neck, and felt that she still had a pulse. Tye looked up at Cameron.
Tyber: Cam...secure the bridge! If there is anyone left...shoot to kill.
Cameron nodded, as he drew his Assault Rifle, and walked onto the bridge of The Ulterior Motive. He moved slowly, as he checked his corner, and took in the sights of the bridge. Every single bridge station was abandoned, and all of the chairs were empty. It was one of the more eerie sights he had ever seen.
Cameron made a sweep of the bridge, and eventually determined that it was defiantly abandoned.
Cameron: The bridge is clear, Tye!
