The Relentless presses its attack against the Syn Heavy Cruisers only to be knocked again. Ensign: Sir, Life support is offline, as well sensor relays! They're hitting us in the right places. Malren: God damnit, Use the HEPT Plasma cannon fire at their bridge it should take out their sensors. The HEPT Plasma cannon pops out from an armor plate, and begins its charging sequence, 15 seconds later it fires a plasma bolt that annilihates the bridge without shielding and pops under the plating. Malren: Good job! Ensign: We got more issues to deal with sir! We are surrounded, the Marxo has been engaged and is crippled, the Yeol, is destroyed. We are out numbered 4 to 1, we won't survive. Malren: Then we go down fighting. Malren gets on a intra ship channel that can be heard in the Specter. Malren: This is Captain Erex Malren of the Heavy Cruiser relentless we are severely outnumbered, but we have to protect this planet while the evacuations are still going on. We are being crippled. If you cannot hold the line get in an escape pod and Evac, otherwise we will go down fighting. Engineering Officer gets on the channel. Engineering Officer: Fuck evacs we are with you captain, we need two more minutes to restore shields. I'll speak for everyone onboard this vessel, lets give them what they came for, death. Malren looks at the console, and sees no escape pods have deployed. Malren: Lets open fire, evasive manuevers, Enginneering give me more thrusters. Engineering: You bet your ass captain, Ensign give me all the thrusters you can! Engineering: We gave you 15% more thrusting power, enough for evasive manuevers we are still working on shielding. The Relentless starts to pull evasive manuevers avoiding as much enemy fire while giving out pot shots targetting the critical points on the Syn vessels. Malren: Ensign, fire protocol bravo charlie now! The Deck cannons on the relentless start to fire in waves of plasma bolts killing any Syn fighters getting near the Relentless, while the main cannons start to hammer the Syn Vessels.

Raiden: what happened to the planetary defenses? Blake: I don't know but I sure would like to see them operating. Jester: Maybe we should get them back online? Xan: Good idea but for now we have to stop this planet exploding. Jester: I can see why that takes priority. After some running through the streets the team arrive at the antimatter plant. Xan: Okay team; Ramirez, Tyber, Icarus and myself will hold this position with some militia. Hopefully our tech teams will get this fixed up. Blake, Raiden, Jester and Wolf I want you to salvage what you can, maybe reactivate the planetary defenses. Alright, everyone clear? Team: Yes, sir! The squad separates into two fire teams and heads to their objectives. Able team set up positions in the antimatter plant while the tech team gets working. Beta team heads out down the street. Blake: Specter, we need several dropships at our coordinates. Got some credits to transfer. Specter: Errr roger that, Dispatching dropships. Before long 3 Dropships land outside, 2 militia squads and a combat tank are deployed outside while a demolition team enter the building. Blake looks at the tank and says: Wow when credits are involved the Specter really doesn't mess around. The team enter the bank and work their way to the vault. While the demolition team sets up a mining LASER in front of the vault the chief of the team turns to Blake. Chief: Its gonna take about 7 minutes for that to burn through, oh and don't look directly at it either. Blake: I'm not sure we have 7 minutes but okay.

Malren: Engineering we need shields now! We can't take much more of this! Engineering officer: Shields are up! Ensign: Sir we have shields at 56% sir. Meanwhile A USC Shock Team on a Y-DE Dropship lands and disembarks the dropship, when they dropship takes off it was shot down by a Syn fighter. Burg: I'm here to help stop this meltdown. How long do I have? Burg and his team get to the Antimatter plant to start to disable and Antimatter plant. Burg: We have a serious problem, Failsafes have been disenaged, not only that The core is liquified. Give me 10 minutes, we have 20 minutes till core overload. Systems: Core Overload in 20 minutes. Duke: Thats everyone we can handle, still a lot of people in the city though. Adrian: Use drop ships to help transfer them. - Xan: Alright now we got problems, someone has disengaged the fail-safes and for once it wasn't us...Or was it!? The crew all mutter to themselves giving a general "I don't know". The Engineers start helping Burg with the antimatter plants. Xan: I spose' freezing it with cryo bombs wouldn't help? - Meanwhile Blake: Damn we got less than 20 minutes to be out of here. *Clank* Chief: We've broken through, lets get the hell outta here. Blake: Perfect, everybody else grab what you can from that vault! The Demolition team packs up the mining laser and takes it to their dropship. While the SCAR and several militia start carting credits to and from the dropships. Dropship pilot: Dropship lead to Specter, we should have the credits and all combat units in approximately 9 minutes, over. Specter: Understood dropship lead.

Burg: Get me a security spike now! Or we are all dead. A marine throws him a security spike, burg then carefully inserts the spike into the computer, giving him direct access to the core. Burg through a series of buttons his face went from a grimace to a smile as he renengaged the Failsafe causing a series of events that stopped the core from overloading. System: Core has resumed power sequence. Burg: This is commander burg, we stopped the core from overloading, the planet is safe we can stop evacs. Meanwhile Malren: Good job Commander, thats the best good news I've heard all day. The Relentless took a critical hit stripping away ablative armor away. Ensign: Sir, a missile went through our shields, its stripping armor we need to leave now. Malren: NO! We will stay and fight till the last man, there are civilians on the world, they are what is important. Engineering: Sir that missile was a gamma class. Malren: What the hell is a gamma class? Engineering: SHield busters it goes straight through shields using a principal of two shields cancelling out each other, and its effective. Erex opens a secure NAVSCOMMS transmission to all USC vessels in the area. Erex: This is Captain Erex malren of the Heavy Cruiser Relentless we are engaged with the Syn at Psysi we have civilians evacuating as we speak but we cannot protect them all from the Syn. We need back up, anyone in the area that is nearby please respond now! Our armor is failing.. over!

Meanwhile: There were two battleships floating around, side by side. Patrolling the space around Dakara. On Revan's Hammer: Douglas sits on the command chair, inspecting some data pads, then one of the enlists shouts to the captain Enlist: Sir! We got a distress call from Captain Erex Malren, shall I patch it through? Douglas perks a brow, saying: Patch it through, and ask Captain Kaiden if he got it as well. Enlist nods firmly, and patches it through. After hearing what Erex said, Douglas contacts Kaiden, saying; Douglas: You heard him. Let's fly. A voice, quite familiar, says in return. Kaiden: Sure thing, brother. We'll be there in no time! Douglas smirks, as he closes the conversation, and says to the enlist: Douglas: Send a reply to Erex, tell him we'll be there in no time! Enlist: Sir, yes, sir! And so, the two battleships turns around, and engages into warptunnel, towards Psysi.

The Relentless attacks an Syn fighter but without notice it goes on a kamikaze collision course for the engines. Erex orders the Navigator to commit to evasive manuevers. When the Relentless starts to move the general alarm in Engineering goes off. Engineering Officer: Captain, our stellar drives are offline sir, we took a major hit. We have only 2 Auxiliary units left. Erex: Work on them! Engineering Officer: Captain they are gone! They are floating around in space. They hit them hard! Erex: Damnit, get our Shields online now! Officer: I'm on it sir, we need more time. Erex: we do not have more time, we have no more time unless we experience a miracle, the Relentless cannot take much more! We need those shields online, can you do it? Officer: I'm not sure, captain, unless sir ew reroute power from our Warp drive generator we can push it to the shielding. Erex: How long? Officer: 30 seconds. Erex: Do it! The Relentless starts to experience a huge beating as Syn fighters start to crash into the armor plating stripping parts of it off, with armor floating around keeping the fighters from attacking head on.

Some moments later, Revan's Hammer, and Revan's Hand comes out of warp tunnel. They arrives at the right side of the battlefield. Douglas: Code black! Everyone into battle positions. I want those all of our cannons to aim at those kamikaze Syns! Let hell rain over them! Kaiden says over comm: Aye! All to battle positions, aim all of our cannons at those Kamikaze fighters! Moments later, both of the Battleship's cannons starts to shoot on the kamikaze fighters, clearly taking many of them out!

Erex: Thank god, The Revan brothers are here. We need you to deploy fighter to escort the evac ships. We are abodoning Psysi. The Relenless shields are brought back online.

Douglas: Will do it right away, Captain. Kaiden: They'll be out in no time! Fighters starts to come out of the Battleship's hangars, falling into escort position around the evacuation ships.
