Harrison had since returned to the Crimson Shadow with the rest of his soldiers. He let the Agents, Dallas, and Dakota step away and take an hour break. But, he remained with Troy and brought him into his office.
Troy stood near Harrison's desk as Harrison took a seat and contacted the bridge.
Harrison: Commander Murphy, plot a course for Tempus Fugit once a squadron of Spartans joins us, on the double!
Murphy: More upgrades, Admiral?
Harrison: You can say that, but do not worry you will see it soon enough. Inform the Task force of our leave and plot the course, we have about an hour before we make it there.
Murphy: Aye, aye, Admiral. I will let you know when we arrive.
Murphy closed the comm and Harrison looked at Troy.
Troy: I have already contacted my Spartans. About seven dozen should be arriving on the King Raven, Dreadhawk, and Cloak and Dagger, split of course. Another sixteen will be joining us on the Shadow. Do not worry, I put some of my top LT's on the other ships.
Harrison nodded.
Harrison: Good to know Commander. Where are the other two hundred?
Troy: Other training and testing facilities. We split into three platoons, once Director Vernette sends the word, the other two hundred should be with us soon, sir.
Harrison: Excellent, once your Spartans make it aboard, show them around. The armory, their quarters, all that.
Troy nodded.
Harrison: And introduce them to the Agents and Task Force 117, the senior front line team. You will be working with them a lot, understood?
Troy: Sir, yes, sir!
Harrison nodded and stood. He saluted Troy, who sent a salute back.
Harrison: Dismissed, Spartan.
Troy: Yes, sir!
Troy dropped his salute and left Harrison's office, making his way to the hangar bay to await the arrival of the other Spartans. Harrison sat down in his seat and leaned back, he smiled.
Harrison: Shadow, prepare the jump.
Shadow materialized on deck.
Shadow: Already done, Admiral. Once the Spartans are on board, we'll be ready to make our way.
Harrison nodded.
Harrison: Now, let's see if we can work on this device and have all the data the engineers need when we arrive.
Harrison stood and walked to the center of his office, where a large holotable was. Shadow stood beside him and brought up a hologram of the shield generator. Harrison cracked his back and began to work.
