The laser emitted by this weapon can cut through all known materials. The laser itself is tinted blue and is observably more powerful then the Aggressor Variant. The Sentinel Defender Beam has a silver appearence and blue light emitters. It has no observable disadvantages in combat in terms of firepower but if not used correctly by non-sentinels, overheating can become an issue. Since the Defender discharges its energy and battery twice as fast as the Aggressor, it stands to reason that the Defender is twice as powerful as the Aggressor. This is important to know as accuracy is more important when using the Defender. The weapon itself is very light and easily carried. It has no recoil and 100% perfect accuracy. Any error in targeting is the fault of the user.
