The two cohorts clashed. A few were killed in the first passing. Others continued to fight.

Quadratus rode at Carbo.

Carbo blocked Quadratus' attack with his sword. He swung with his other, but Quadratus blocked.

Quadratus: You're getting soft on me old man.

Carbo: And you're getting cocky.

Carbo swung his blade, but Quadratus ducked as the blade cut off "hair" from the top of his helmet.

Quadratus hopped and brought Carbo to the ground.
