NHRPG rules have been updated

Alright, now it's no secret that the NHRPG rules have been repeatedly revised and added to, due to failed characters the likes of Steve, Marcus, Ixro, John-043 etc. likewise, I've noticed, oddly enough, a decline in failed characters, and seeing as to it's the Holiday season, and spartans have been restricted. Why not lift the spartan ban? That's right folks, My christmas gift to you, is that The Spartan ban, has now been lifted! HOORAY!!!! HOORAY!!!! With that said, there is a catch However, if you are a good poster, and adhere to the laws of common sense, these shoudln't be too bad These spartans will be under the command a yet to be created fleet admiral, NOT Vernette If a spartan does something questionable, instead of killing them, they will be "frozen" which is sort of like a time out, of course, if your spartan does somethign really, really, really, really, realy, REALLY stupid, and I mean REALLY stupid, then yeah, no question, we will kill them 3 If you have an idea for a story arc involving this spartan, PLEASE pm either Jon or I, the same applies to fights with other characters If you feel that your spartan is being mistreated, do not, by any means, snap at the staff, instead, try to work something out. Do not create any spartans, until their details are ironed out, in a later thread In either case, I may lift some restrictions, if I see improvement, in how people rp as spartans. Until then, consider this to be my gift, to you. for being so loyal to the NHRPG
