Character Creation FAQ
Creating a Character in the NHRPG is quite possibly the most difficult thing to do. A character can make or break your experience in the NHRPG. Here are some general guidelines for character creation.
Characters Must Make Sense
This is vital to the survivability of a character! If a Character makes no sense, then they just look stupid, and everyone will hate that character! What does it mean to make sense? Refer to the following examples:
1. An Elite Weapons expert - This is a good character because it makes sense. All Elites are weapons experts, so it fits. The character is realistic and believable.
2. A Human Naval Commander - Again, this is also a good example. As there are human who command ships. They are usually very tactical, and they never look before they leap.
3. A Grunt infantry - Grunts make good infantry...for this reason, this is also a good example.
However, what constitutes NOT making sense?
1. An Elite Engineer - Elites are not mechcanics. They are smart, yes, but why would an Elite, a member of a warrior species, reduce himself to menial work when you have ENGINEERS (the species) doing this for you? this is an ILLOGICAL and STUPID character!
2. A Marine Spartan - Just plain stupid! Normal humans cannot wear MJOLNIR armor because it is too heavy!
3. A Grunt weapons expert - Grunts are at the bottom of the caste system. They would not be allowed to become this speciality of class! They are not seen as smart enough by Elites and hence, would never be given the chance, under any circumstance. Elites consider them filth...nothing more.

Characters Must Be Properly Affiliated
This is so simple to understand, we can just put it in chart form. below is the alliance and affiliation chart. All characters created must be properly affiliated with their Government / Military. The Chart is simple. Pick your race on the left hand side, and then choose another race on the top. The corresponding cell indicates if the two races are allies or enemies. There will be NO DEVIATION FROM THIS CHART WITHOUT A VERY GOOD REASAON!
