So, I've always been a Halloween-kind-of-guy, so I love it and always have a costume.

This year though, has been the first costume where I'm actually trying really hard to perfect. The COSTUME:

A STORMTROOOPER.

Now, you may say: "Oh, you'll never get this done," or "It's been done before." Well I don't care, I'm going for it, and throwing in my own uniqueness.

Anyway, I already bought the helmet. The torso and legs are the real problem. I'm thinking something along the lines of PVC or plexiglass, or foam, etc.

Does anyone have any other ideas on how I could make this an EPIC costume?

and Jon, I've been looking all over the place online but everything is like $150-$1000.. and I really don't have the money at the moment.

I can spend up to like.. a hundred.. because I already spent $70 on the helmet...

Doood! No, Lucas used PVC piping for it. It required little to no shaping. If you noticed at flexible areas are just spandex. They did something to it to keep it on, but the circular shaping of the pipes are perfect. You just have to get the thin shit

PVC Pipes.. That's what I was thinking for the shoulder gaurds, biceps, forearms, and possibly the legs..

What could you use for the chest and legs?

What about the Belt?
