Psysi is on the outer limits of USC control. It is actually the closest planet to the Syn borders. This planet has a population of only 900,000 as its average tempature on a hot day is -120 degrees(Highest recorded tempature) its coldest day was at a mind numbing -450 degrees, it was soo cold that the instraments froze. However with a planet this close it is only used for watching the syn as a listening outpost. Most of the planet population lives nearly 2.5 miles underground with its listening command station is 400 meters below ground, to ensure that the planet can get its best signal. Powered by 4 antimatter generators it is currently protected by the Marxo and the Yeol both are dreadnoughts.
