Updates to the User CP

[Naked Crook]

I have made a few changes to the User CP. I have added a few more personalization options. You can now select your country and region flags, as well as select any game consoles you own. These changes will be reflected in the postbit legacy (the area where you read posts). However, this is still WIP and the changes are only visible to Brute Red users at this time. You can still add the new fields in your User CP however.

Its the parent template. I do all my testing on that template so the the others dont get fucked up. The changes will be reflected on the other templates soon enough.
