Naval Special Warfare Command Naval Special Forces (NavSpecWar) answers directly to NAVCOM. NavSpecWar consists of Elite soldiers who undertake high risk missions of either great importance to a war effort or to internal security or defense of Human interests. ODSTs and Spartan IIs were part of this division. Naval Special Warfare Command serves the same role in both The UNSC and The ONI CC.
