Cochraine stood up and approached Director Vernette as he began to head out of his office. She remained in tow, her curiosity very much running rampant about what he could offer to take out someone as skillful and resourceful as Silverblur. She decided to finally ask her question. Cochraine: "What could we have that could shut a Class-0 down?" Cochraine saw first hand what a Class-0 SPARTAN was capable of in combat. She wasn't even sure an EMP could completely shut down one down. But ONI was always ahead of its time and with them now the official government of Humanity, it had all of Humanity's resources available. So whatever Vernette had in mind must have been proven.
