Jacob kept running down the stairs, heading down to the Division 7 floor.

God, I fucked up, didn't I?

Jacob kept going, he ran past several Trust marines and sailors, hauling ass in more equipment than he was used to.

I'm not only gonna get discharged...I'm gonna get executed. I am going to die when I get back to ONI.

Jacob shook the thought of the head.

I can still do some good before I go down. I can still set some things in motion. I can still do some damage.

Jacob ran straight through the door to the Division 7 floor and walked straight into the holding cell, bypassing everyone near him. Jacob walked into the holding cell area and noticed four Trust marines in front of Anaconda's cell. The marines immediately turned and raised their weapons.

Trust Marine: Sir.

They all lowered their weapons when they noticed Jacob's ranks. Jacob smiled as he walked over.

Jacob: What are you four doing down here?

Trust Marine: Orders are to lock the area down and keep intruders away from Anaconda.

Jacob chuckled a bit.

Jacob: Intruders, they haven't hit us yet, soldiers. You four are dismissed.

The Trust marine looked at his soldiers and then looked at Jacob, he shook his head.

Trust Marine: Sorry, sir. I don't take orders from you.

Jacob: You won't be taking any orders from anyone soon.

Jacob shook his head and grabbed the two magnums at his side, he immediately raised his weapons and shot the first two Trust marines in the head. The other marines raised their weapons, but Jacob ducked and rolled out of the way, shooting one of the Trust marines in the kneecaps and shooting the other under the chin. Jacob stood up and shot the Trust marine on the floor next to him without even glancing at him. He holstered his magnums and pressed the pad on the holding cell to release the barrier.

Jacob: Alright Anaconda...

Jacob tossed Anaconda an assault rifle.

Jacob: That's all I have for you so first thing is getting your weapons and then getting you to Nighthawk and the others, sound like a plan?

Jacob turned his head, reloading each of his magnums, before turning back to Anaconda.

Meanwhile:

Liam kept walking with the rest of the Spartans, Savannah was focusing on the comms, Desmond and William were carrying extra ammunition for everyone, Lyle was working on getting more equipment delivered to the armory while Jessica and Emma just stayed alert.

Liam: ODSTs, eh?

Savannah spoke off the radio.

Savannah: ODSTs? What did Hammer Team get soft?

Desmond and Jessica both laughed, taking out a team of ODSTs would be a lot easier than Nighthawk and Anaconda. Liam kept his laughing in, but he smiled to himself as he kept talking.

Liam: Names, IDs, descriptions? If we see them we'll give you a heads up.

Meanwhile:

Dangerus had stayed in his War Room, keeping a small eye on his fleet while focusing on Vanguard and waiting for Xyrho. Furium had since gone to the bridge to take over Dangerus' duties.

Dangerus: Vanguard...Vanguard...what are the Humans going to do for you next?

It wasn't until Furium entered the War Room that Dangerus' attention was taken off of Vanguard.

Furium: My Chieftain, I have news.

Dangerus turned to Furium, his eyes perked.

Dangerus: Go ahead.

Furium: There was a discharge of the humans nuclear warheads a few minutes ago. It revealed another human ship and by the looks of it...

Dangerus: The other humans are attacking it?

Furium nodded.

Furium: Yes, expected?

Dangerus nodded and turned away.

Dangerus: Imminent. I did not realize the "rogue" humans were to be found in such a short amount of time, but it was to happen eventually.

Dangerus paused.

Dangerus: Status of the fleet?

Furium: A few of them want to engage the humans, now, while they are fighting each other. Others are content with digging for the..."relics."

Dangerus nodded.

Dangerus: As many of them should be. As for the others, explain to them that we will attack when the moment is right, when the humans are at their weakest.

Furium nodded.

Dangerus: Send those Chieftains to the outer cities, clear out any areas of concern.

Furium: Concern?

Dangerus laughed and shook his head.

Dangerus: Well, areas of abandonment, but the word concern carries more weight.

Furium nodded.

Dangerus: Thank you, Chieftain, return to your duties.

Furium nodded and backed away, placing his fist on his chest. He turned and left the War room. Dangerus smiled.

I only hope the other Chieftain's stay by my side...I do not need insubordination right now.
