Tye looked at Nighthawk. He knew that he was right about what he had just said. Tye sighed, but before he could respond, he heard the call about Hero Squad. Tye rook a step away from Nighthawk, and switched his comms to active. Tyber: Copy that. Gather up Hero Squad, check them over for critical injuries, then extract them for further evaluation. Vernette out. Tye closed the comm line. He then looked back at Nighthawk. Tyber: Hero squad wasn't dead. Good news I guess. Jacob didn't use live rounds on them. Nighthawk folded his arms. Nighthawk: All that means is that he didn't want to kill those men. It does not change the fact that he still helped The Trust and directly opposed us. I don't give a damn if takes aim at us with a water gun. When someone decides to turn their guns on allies, in defense of The Trust...that someone becomes fair game. Nighthawk scoffed. Nighthawk: The fucker had no issues using live rounds on me. When I was in his scopes...it was point and shoot. No ifs, ands, or buts. Tyber: Well, he did voice his concerns over the decision to cooperate with you. He seems to have a very keen dislike of you. Nighthawk: I don't care. This is not a popularity contest.
